She did not represent my interests and instead acted like a mediator, which is not why their office was hired. JC could not even convey to the court which days each party was to have my daughter. She gave inaccurate information which would have reduced my custodial time with my daughter. My mom had to shout NO from the back of the court room and the judge had to stop the proceedings so that JC could get it right. The judge she was visibly frustrated I would not recommend JC, save your money or go elsewhere.

She said it was too late, but then continued to say she needed to see the papers before she could answer a specific question I had. I said again I could send it to her right now, since I rushed home for this exact purpose. She said we were already at the 45 minute mark and now was the time to say if I wanted to work with them or not. I was very disaapointed with the call and feel really ripped off. She didn't help me in any way besides telling me I didn't have a chance. She charged me $200 and didn't even review my papers. If it wasn't possible, the recepistionist should have told me to reschedule it. I would have rathered that than waste my money on something I got no value from. She was not kind or helpful, can't imagine hiring her to represent me and think about my best interests in court. I had better consults from a free lawyer and even one that just charged $40. My calls, texts, and emails were consistently ignored, rarely answered even when I sent critical documents and evidence. Their mishandling of my case amounts to serious professional negligence. Discovery responses were submitted with incorrect information, and a motion to compel was filed after the court's 45-day deadline that also missing separate statements Because of their failure, my hearing was dismissed by the judge. This directly caused financial loss and severely compromised my case. Despite paying thousands of dollars, I received no meaningful legal support. The only time they contacted me was to demand payment. When I requested accountability and a refund due to their mistakes, they refused to accept responsibility--even after the judge dismissed the hearing. Instead, they acted as if they knew better than the court. After I posted an honest review describing my experience, Mr. Omar contacted me and threatened legal action unless I removed it. Rather than addressing their errors or refunding my money, they attempted to intimidate me into silence. This conduct is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He arrived for our case via videochat the next morning, and when the judge asked for his filed paperwork, he stated he had not done it, and the judge dismissed him. The judge told him he did not do what he was supposed to do and, therefore, could not represent us. We stood in court shocked and lost our case. I have been asking for our money back now for almost one year, and Mr. Bundy continues to ignore me or respond he will get back to me. I showed up at his office unexpectedly, and he didn't even remember who I was. I had to remind him. Of course, he said he would get me an itemized list by Monday, the 24th of March.
