As a result of the ridiculous wait time coupled with many other customers looking frustrated and growing more impatient, I left. So I started looking locally for one. I called 4 other locations before I found this place. FYI, if you want to buy one from Bass Pro Shops, you have to leave your gun at home, drive out there, buy it, and come back and pray it fits/works for you. I called at 10am, and Hailey answered the phone, extremely nice, genuine and helpful! I asked her if she had any CC holsters in stock, she said she had quite a few, to bring in my firearm, and see which one would fit. Showed up at around 10:30. Patrick opened the door for me and I waltzed in. Told Patrick which firearms I had and what I was looking for...Immediately jumped up and started pulling from the hangers until we found 2 perfect fit CC holsters! I tried them both on, and they were perfect fit (for my fluffy butt) and I bought them both. Small mom and pop shop who I will always support, no matter what. After finishing the rounds I brought, I noticed my groupings were down and to the left. Since I had just installed a new optic, I thought it might not be zeroed correctly. On my way out, I decided to ask for some advice. Mike was extremely kind and took the time to ask a few questions to understand the issue. He then gave me about 36 rounds, told me to grab a new target, and said he'd meet me in a lane. Long story short, he spent 10-15 minutes helping to figure out the problem and got me shooting in the right direction ;) at no cost. I didn't expect that at all and couldn't be more grateful for his time. I also met Steven, the owner, who was just as friendly and took time to answer my questions about purchasing specific firearms. At no point did I feel like a burden. Thanks again for your time, I'll definitely be back, even with a 30-40 minute commute. It's worth it.
