I've purchased several weapons from Turners & Bass Pro as well as Ammo Bro's. All I have to say is I wish I would have gone to GET LOADED GUNS & AMMO first. Huge selection, surprisingly huge and personal attention. I picked up a new WALTHER there today and was also interested in a SIG 226 or HK. Came out to the area to check out some ARs since LA county's inventory is completely shot, punintended. Terry and the crew were so helpful. They value your patience in line and answer questions while you wait so that you're not in line wasting your time if they're out of stock. Once my buddy and I got inside, we checked out some firearms we were interested in and I ended up walking out a rifle owner! The purchasing process is so damn lengthy with other spots but they are straight to the point. Dros took about 12 days due to DOJ lag but it's all good! Worth the wait for sure. Love this new toy. Despite them never answering their phones, you have to understand that this pandemic has given them so much business and their number one priority is to help those in person so I found no disrespect from the cold calling. Today I had the wonderful fortune of meeting Terry and his Wife. They were so welcoming, Terry showed me multiple pistols, walked me through his preference and recommendations and treated me with great respect. I had just left Bass Pro Shop where I tried to purchase a firearm using my ID and a property deed, which under CA law is enough to facilitate the sale, for whatever reason they refused. I will buy all of my guns and equipment from Terry moving forward. DO NOT PAY IN FULL OR LEAVE A BIG DEPOSIT. GO TO BLUE COLLAR FIREARMS. After months of no response and no clearance THEY chose to sell the gun without notification. Then when contact was finally made (because they don't answer or return phone calls) they made excuses. Then when we said we'll transfer the money to a family member for credit to purchase they said they sold the gun already. When we asked for our money back they sent us a check with a 30% fee when it wasn't our fault they sold the gun! We were referred to them by PD. PD agreed their customer service has dropped since the pandemic. We went to BLUE COLLAR FIREARMS and had no problems which made us think they lied about our paperwork to sell our gun at a higher price. Will NEVER return. read more
