I cant say nothing good with my experience with this company or there customer service or the JT-10 model as soon as i got this gun it has been a headache with light primer strikes. (3 different brands of ammunition) I emailed them about the situation and I sent the gun back with 3 boxes of ammunition. mind you they wanted me to pay for the shipping back to them it took about a week to get it back (the gas block was adjusted) once I did. I waited for the weekend to take the gun out to my local range and immediately started having light primer strikes still Like if nothing was ever fixed. I cleaned the rifle and tried different ammunition again. This time i had the local range masters shoot it and get there opinion on it because juggernaut tactical said over the phone that I might not be holding the firearm correctly since that was my first AR. So I sent videos of experienced rangeMasters, test firing it showing them the same problem im having. They took the gun back a second time i included the primer strikes this time with another box of ammo they had the gun for about a month or so. I kept asking for updates but would just say next week or when the local range is available. Finally i got a update and they called me over the phone saying that the problem was that i was holding the trigger after firing instead of releasing the trigger immediately after firing. They had to do something with the safety and trigger so once I got the gun back, I went to the range to fire it and that did not help at all still had problems like if nothing was ever fixed. I ended up buying an aftermarket safety (Radian) and the trigger geissele with match grade ammunition still had problems with it. I emailed juggernaut tactical and they said to come to Orange County so we can figure it out in person. Once i told them that im about 8 hours away and that i can make the trip to let me see what day works best. They stopped emailing me and have ignored my emails after that. read more

These guys are legit!! After emailing back and forth about my jt-9 jamming they asked me to bring in my riffle, the weekend before I drove out there I figured out it was my magazine causing the jam and not the riffle but I decided to bring it in anyways. When I got there I didn't know where the front office was but found myself in the back able to see the production, then I was directed to the front and everyone that talked to me was super kind, I bought 2 base plates as they took a look at my riffle, everything turned out fine, I love how (I forget his name) was like "your welcome here anytime" .... after everything was done he gave me some Tips when breaking down my jt-9 and it made so much sense. Simple and short got a ar-10 had some problems with it, wasn't a complete build by them. Keep that in mind. Reached out they told me to bring it in, and I couldn't due to my busy schedule. They gave me some tips to try and fix the issue on my own. It only worked for one range day. Reached out again and they asked again if I could come on down and I was able to get down there. Super nice, took the time to go over what could be wrong, give me more insight on gun smithing. Let me sit in the office and told me if anything I wanted to see they would let me hold, all awhile they looked and made sure my ar-10 was fine tuned and good to go. You do have to contact them through email and they will call, kinda sucks but they are a small business and I understand. After the email they will call. I purchased my JTE 15 OD green at Gun world in Burbank. I haven't shot it yet. The rifle looks and feels great. It is California compliant but man does it feel like it's not. Not being able to buy an AR 15 style that is not CA compliant sucks. JTE 15 is the closest any average Californians will ever come to owning an AR style. No flap! I was very happy with the quick responses I received about the issue and was able to come down to the facility and get my threads repaired. Would give zero if I could. Items on website show availability when a few weeks passed I requested an update, they stated backlog and the time frame was 4-6 weeks. At 6 weeks I requested and update they said 6-8 weeks and so on now they are up to 12-14 weeks and claim that they are having issues with their versione provider. Looks to me that they took advantage of the market and took all the orders they could knowing they can't fill them in a adequate timeframe. Never again I'm buying from them. read more

I am writing this to inform potential customers looking to buy from Juggernaut Tactical. To have them do some research on the company before you buy their products. This is just a honest account of my experience with this company. I will start off I spent roughly $400 dollars on a jig , tooling and shipping back and forth. The first problem I had was only one of the lower receivers I had would fit the jig correctly. So I contacted Holly at customer service, she had informed me that they could not refund me any because I started to use the jig. But they could modify it to work with my lower, if I sent it back with a lower that I was using. I would need to send it pre-paid to and from there location. I can honestly say having the jig modified by them was the only good thing about this transaction. They did a great job. The second problem I had was, while I was checking out the side plates. I noticed one of the pins that is used to hold the lower in place was bent slightly. So I contacted Holly and explained the situation. I had mentioned I had no idea where or when it happened and did she know if it was fixable. She informed me that it was the way it arrived, they noticed it when it arrived. My question is why wasn't I notified so maybe something could have been done to resolve it. Instead it was sent back without saying anything. My opinion, that's kinda bad customer service. The third problem I had was the end mill broke 2 of the teeth off after the third pass. I also noticed the guide plate had some unusual wear on it. I contacted Holly again about this issue, to see if there was any kind of warranty on the end mill. She said no because there were too many factors that could cause the problem. But they could sell me another one at a discounted price. I did not get any lowers done using their jig and tooling. So at that point I decided to box it up and ship it back. I sent a letter listing the issue and asked if I could get store credit. I was contacted by Zach after speaking with him, he had mentioned he didn't look at everything I had sent back. He did say , he was unable to give me a refund because I started to use the jig. I told him I wasn't looking for a refund, would like to get store credit. That way I could get something I could use. He said it wouldn't be much he could offer for credit, then he backtracked and said he could offer a discount on a future purchase, then backtracked again to say there's nothing he could do. I guess what it boils down to is, they got my money and they don't care about making it right. read more

I've gone to this place twice within the last couple weeks with questions about the JTE 15 i purchased and both times these guys didn't hesitate to help me. First time was about magazines (I'm an AR-15 newbie), second time was because it jammed at the shooting range and none of the "professionals" were able to help me with it. I brought my jammed JTE to Juggernaut and they fixed it literally in 30 seconds after taking it out of the bag. I finally received my JT-15 Bronze rifle today and could not be more impressed by the machining and build quality. At the price point, I could not find anything that came close to JT's build and quality. I like that JT is a local So. Cal business building their own brand and of course their own unique Hellfighter break down pin setup that keeps the AR-15 operation as normal as possible in this state of California. I researched and compared AR-15 brands for about a year before making the decision on the Juggernaut Tactical JT-15. While the made to order backlog at JT was expected to be 10-12 weeks, they had my rifle built and shipped to my FFL dealer in just 4 weeks time! I am also impressed with the extras that come with a complete rifle purchase from JT. A beautiful, heavy duty soft rifle carry bag with all kinds of extra storage compartments. A gun cable lock. Two 10 round magazines, that are 30 round mag in physical size and looks. These are not just modified 30 round mags. They are special molded 10 round mags with the look of 30 round mags. JT thought about this small detail to keep the balanced look of the AR-15's physical presence. Nice touch! All because I emailed and asked for a shipping quote on their jig. 99.9% of online businesses have a shipping calculator built-in to their cart. All it takes is choosing your state and zip code, and you get shipping quotes. Not this company. Their site is still behind the times, and requires you to enter all your information, just to see shipping quotes. NOT happening. Im not transmitting all of my information (whether they keep it or not) and take a chance on it being intercepted, just to get a damn shipping quote! Glad I came here and read all the negative reviews, and took my business elsewhere. After 10 weeks goes by the time will then get pushed to 14-16 weeks for something that is supposed to be in stock.
