The supervisor I spoke with was argumentative, dismissive, and did not appear interested in hearing both sides of the situation before forming a conclusion. During our conversation, I expressed concern about her tone and communication style, as I also have supervisory experience and understand the importance of professionalism when dealing with the public. Instead of addressing my concerns, she repeatedly talked over me, prevented me from fully explaining the situation, and ultimately ended the call by hanging up on me. I found this behavior unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a supervisory position. I am requesting that this interaction be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken.

I called again and was told I needed to go through dispatch, but was routed back to the front desk. I ultimately located an email online and I hope that it will be properly received and reviewed. This has given me a clear indicator on how people are missing and slip through the cracks and the part law enforcement plays. After recent cases with Emmanual and Celeste I'd think PD would be taking these claims a little more serious. (Incident #I252590042) In summary: I do not believe she has been located, and I believe her mother has given false and conflicting information to both her friends and law enforcement. I urge that this matter be taken seriously and that follow-up action with proof of life be considered .

They've come for complaints as small as loud music, to a trespasser having a manic episode. I'm thoroughly impressed. Every interaction they were polite and sharp. I've seen their AERO outreach team at circle K making welfare checks on the homeless population. I can't praise this department enough. I'm sure people have had bad experiences, but for me and my family, Hemet PD has had our back 100%.

They arrived within 3/4 minutes and had the area secured. Made sure there were no forced entry points . When it turned out it was just the house making old house noises, the officers were still very kind and able to make light of my situation. I truly appreciate the kindness shown even though I was embarrassed it ended up being nothing. Assured me it is always better to be safe than sorry. Wish I had the officer's names ! Thank you!

He was a younger man, very polite and professional, they were quick to block off the road to avoid any other collisions or injuries. Dispatch when we called 911 was the sweetest, calmest and most helpful human ever, so thank you so much for keeping me calm during such a high stress time! I honestly can't believe how quick everyone arrived on scene, in a matter of a few minutes. Spoke to officer Williamson cause my older brother who lives in REDLANDS was charged with child…read moreporn and many other horrific crimes and is out of jail. I let people know he is out of jail and he ends up putting a restraining order on me. To allow thhe abuse to continue cause I'm the only one in my family who would say anything ever. If I ever mentioned to anybody a different narrative then my mother told everybody she would've disowned me. Officer Williamson help me by answering some questions about restraining orders. Because if I'm legitimately concerned about a minor and now my voice is been suppressed because I can't say anything anymore because of a restraining order this little girl is in grave danger I believe. I believe that because her legal guardian allowed me and just stood by while I was being molested and sexually assaulted at four years old for a whole year. I'm 36 years old now but because of this restraining order that's why I called to speak with Officer Williams in to see how to protect my niece because now I can't say anything about them. He had me call the wake forest police department and child protective services and told me that that's totally OK that I'm not violating any restraining order because I have to contact them and try to call them etc. etc. it's because of officers like officer Williamson that the public remains more safe about people like me can believe the justice system still works. My older brother was let out of jail due to incredible lawyering techniques not a public defender my mother paid for everything and had some unbelievable lawyer get my brother off when he had just been returned to jail for violating his parole for having a bedroom set at my moms house and living there while he wasn't supposed to be there. The things I witnessed while they were supposed to be supervised visits in all of this or just horrifying and the fact that a restraining order now silences me and I can't say anything is terrifying and Officer Williamson helped me out big time. real score: 0/5 stars…read more desert hot springs police dept sucks. never seen a police dept so careless and incompetent. they literally get paid to do nothing because they do exactly that, nothing! i filed a complaint in person at their office, spoke directly to officer duncan, gave my personal information and information of everything that was stolen out of my car directly to "officer duncan". items like my backpack with my college textbooks, wallet with my debit/credit cards. drivers license and also jewelry i had in my gym bag. i received a call from "officer" duncan over a month and a half, almost two months later, that he needs me to tell him my information again becaue the information he had on file was for a completely different car, wrong color, wrong items. if my stuff was pawned, pawn shops only hold items for a month so my items were long gone before "officer" duncan even looked at my report again, how did you get the wrong i formation when went in there and personally wrote everything down and handed it to you! i called my bank, got the times where my cards were used (times and dates that were given to officer duncan) i got video footage of the theif at the gas stations with my backpack and using my card. he even put his phone number for rewards points that is clearly seen on video. i literally did the police officers job within hours while the real officers did nothing with this information. this department is a joke. worthless and incompetent. if you need help, don't call dhspd they won't do shit for you!
