I've been trying to get a Real ID for my 2 teens. This was my 4th time trying. No joke. Last week I went to Murrieta Express DMV, their system was down. Now they no longer process New IDs. I went to this DMV and their system was down for who knows how long. The next day I went to Temecula DMV and their system was down. I'm back a week later and checking in online was a breeze. There was about a 15 minute wait on a Thursday afternoon at 1pm. I get it's stressful working here but it's all business and no warmth. Better customer service is needed here.

When she gave me a quote in June, it got really high, almost double since last one. When I asked her the reason for increase price, all she told me was "Insurance company jack up price", she didn't mention any "Broker Fee" It's my fault that I didn't read carefully to sign on "Docusign" . I should have requested her to provide clear invoice include Broker fee before I paid full. 6 month later, I paid same amount again. Once again, she NEVER mentioned about $1300 broker fee. A few days later, I received invoice from insurance company, it was only $3000. Therefore, I asked her what's the reason for the price gap, she told me that I supposed to receive new invoice, but she never mentioned about broker fee. So, please be careful with them. Recommend getting clear invoice before pay insurance fee.
