For a high-value property in a divorce matter, I expected a much more thorough evaluation before a final opinion of value was issued. The report itself also states that portions of the valuation were based on assumptions due to the lack of interior access. Considering the cost of the appraisal, I did not feel the scope of work provided sufficient value. Based on my experience, I would not personally recommend these services.
