Stay away from this hot mess. Manny doesn't know what he's doing. Manny told me he can get me approved quickly and then he broke all his promises. He kept telling me "one more week", and I had to extend my escrow again and again for 2 months! Manny told me the delays were normal for these times because lenders we're swamped because a lot of people were getting low interest rate mortgage loans. But my real estate agent told me this was not true because none of her other clients were experiencing delays with their mortgage loans. Manny sent me an email steam to prove he's working hard on my loan, but instead it only showed how horribly unqualified he is at his job. The email stream showed Manny doesn't know what he's doing and showed him asking someone what to do next. It also showed him forgetting to order documents and delaying the process even further. Manny and his team have caller ID, so they will stop answering your calls when they've run out of excuses. No communication! You're sitting there worried you're going to lose the home you have in escrow and lose tens of thousands of dollars of your deposit.
