Our latest challenge: - Purchase a home in a super competitive market (Bay Area) - Need to make our offer stand out among all the other offers: - Very short timing to close - Removal of all contingencies (loan, appraisal and inspection) - High % down mean everything Our challenge to Koorosh: - Close in 21 days - All contingencies waived - Jumbo loan - Majority of our money tied into our existing home - In midst of selling our home - Limited down payment ~20% Koorosh pulled through and made us aware the offer was considered a "risky" move.
