There were two areas I wanted improved: The front yard, with stone and a minimum of plants installed. The installation of stone on the entire front yard required the removal of the existing sod and plantings in two areas. The area between the walkway and the sidewalk; and the removal of aged plants in an area between the walkway and the house. After the old sod and plantings were removed, the areas were treated with preemergence weed killer. and two layers of ground cover were installed. Then several different types of rocks of various colors and sizes including cobbles were utilized to build a pattern Ken had sketched for me. To set off the new stone several boulders were placed in strategic locations in the stone field. The backyard adds new sprinkler system, sod, and upgrade of two boarders, After removing the old sod, a new sprinkler system was installed, and new sod placed. The existing concrete border between the sod and the wood fence would remain. The center section of this installation would have a rock field of a few feet between the edge of the patio and the existing boarder added. Another boarder was developed using bender board between the sod and the outer wall of the art shed. Lawn Pro also installed a short section, of a six-foot Redwood Dog Ear Fence. Lawn Pro repaired the existing irrigation valves and cleaned up the valve area. They also installed a hose bib on the outer west facing wall of my garage to provide the front area and drive with access to water. The work area was clean before they left each day. Again, I was very satisfied with Ken and Lawn Pro's crew responses and the professionalism they exhibited during the installation.

He really knows what he's doing and didn't need much direction. He even added some extra touches like lighting without me asking. The price was nearly half of what others quoted me, and the quality was great. Even a year later, when I had a small irrigation leak and a firepit issue, he came back and fixed both without any hassle. Super reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend him if you want solid work at a fair price.

He came and provided us with a quote and was honest about our sprinkler issue and that he could not give us a complete estimate on it until he started to tear up the yard and see what was existing. We knew what was taking place the whole time, there were no surprises. I threw a couple of add-ins along the way and Jose patiently accepted the challenge and even offered his opinion. When all was said and done he did not charge a whole lot extra for the additional work. He showed up on time each day, worked hard regardless of the triple digit temperatures and never complained about it. When everything was done he promised to come back every other day to check on the new grass and make sure that it was getting enough water. In recent months, they had become too tall for me to trim, and were dropping berries, blossoms, and frawns on the yard, and the neighbor's yard. I finally decided to pull the trigger, and Joe worked around my schedule. He brought an additional two helpers who cleaned as he climbed and cut. They had one truck with a chipper, and another with his saws and the stump grinder. Work began promptly at 7:30, and they were done by noon. There was no damage, they cleaned up my yard, and even went to the neighbor's and cleaned up his backyard with a few small pieces that had fallen there. They raked the soil collecting loose roots and tree fragments, and swept the deck where sawdust and the like had collected. The entire experience was great. I watched most of it, from chopping the trees down to grinding the stumps, and they were careful, meticulous, and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them, and I even have him coming back for some work with my sprinklers and other miscellaneous tasks. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

I asked him for help and him and two other ladies came and completely cleaned up probably 10 years of overgrown weeds, shrubs,ivy and grass. Additionally, they hauled away an unused barbeque and flat top grill, a fold-up table, standing table, some chairs etc. They even cut down a small treen that was a nuisance between our house and our fence. It was a lightly rainy morning but they arrived and worked anyways until it cleared up and continued working. They were here from 8am to 5pm and were very polite humble, and hard working. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable landscaping/junk removal business. The house in question is located in Stockton, but reach out to them about your location.
