Sales or parts departments never answer the phone, so you're forced to call the accounting department, where they basically pretend to help but just put the headset down and go back to chatting with coworkers over coffee. Zero accountability. I ordered a part online for pickup, only to find out later that the order had been cancelled--without any notice. No call, no email, nothing. When I finally got someone on the line after countless tries, I was told it wasn't their problem and that I needed to call "corporate ordering" instead. Total runaround. Trying to get help in person is just as much of a waste of time. Staff are rude and clueless, and the entire place feels like it's being run on chaos. Even the people taking orders over the phone tell you that unless you press specific numbers during the call menu, your call will never be answered. Imagine being told that by an employee! Absolutely wild. Customer service is non-existent, and the parts department is just as bad, if not worse. Unfortunately, their prices force people to deal with this circus because parts are overpriced everywhere else. But trust me, it's not worth it. Pay a little more and go somewhere that doesn't waste your time and treat you like you're bothering them. I can only imagine part quality based on how they act. What a joke of a business. The owner told me I needed the whole steering column and it would cost me $130 when an ignition cylinder brand new at auto zone costs me $75 after tax. Then when I figured out they were lying to me just to get me to buy extra parts I ask them why I need the whole steering column when everything on my jeep was exactly the same..then they told me they dont sell the parts seperately..why didnt they tell me that from the start? Because they were lying every step of the way, then after I had already wasted almost an hour there. It took me another 40 mins to get my money back when the guy I was dealing with was lying some more to me telling me the owner had left with my money when really he was just hiding somewhere hopeing I would jus take the steering column and leave. I would never come back here even If they weren't trying to cheat me but this place is a cheat I wouldn't trust a word they say
