These guys were great! Our Acura MDX was vandalized when someone stuck a screwdriver or something into the driver side door lock, totally trashing it. Because of all the electronics in the car, the lock actually started draining our battery so there was no way to get into the car. CA Locksmith Security Solutions took our car in, and fixed the lock in less than one day. Now the lock works, the battery doesn't drain, and we're happy campers. Customer service was great. All my keys I including my chip car key flew out of my sweatshirt pocket while I was working out. I tried many ways of locating/recovering my keys unfortunately I no avail. Called dealership and what they wanted to replace my key and for programming was ridiculously expensive. So, after calling a locksmith who told me they would replace my key for $20 less than the dealership, I found California Locksmith Security Solutions on Yelp and gave them a call after noticing they are "verified licensed" and seeing photos of cars they had worked on as well as reading some reviews and taking note of their overall rating. I spoke to Victor who gave me a quote. I called back 2 days later and requested a same-day appointment. I wanted a morning appointment but only a 2:30 on appointment was available that day. I accepted that appointment. Eric called me to let me know he was 15 minutes away. Within about 30 minutes Eric called me to tell me my keys were ready. I walked out to meet him at my car and tried the keys and to ny delight, they worked perfectly. I also have a 90 day warranty. I would recommend using this company. Edan was very quick on responding and communicating with me as well. I had contacted him a little close to noon and said he was booked for the day but would make the effort to come by towards the end of the day. A couple hours later he communicated with me and let me know that he wasn't going to be able to squeeze me in because he didn't want to be late for his next scheduled appt, understandable. He then said he would make it out the next morning. The next morning came and received a call from Michael, who works with Edan, letting me know that he was on his way.
