I went in on Thursday May21, 2026 to get a dip nail manicure. Yesterday On Friday, May 22, the thumb of one hand was already peeling off. Today my index fingernail top coat peeled off. I noticed that a lot of my nails the dip was brought over the skin, so there is room for water to get in. She also made the nails look wider at the top, looks awful I will not be going back to ask to have it fixed since I don't live in town. But I would warn anyone who goes there, inspect before you leave. Oh, she also nicked my finger when she was using the speed drill to remove cuticles. Not clean either. She dipped my nails into the powder jar, instead of into a separate container. I had even asked if I should wash my hands before she started because I had been petting a dog and she said no. The worst. I repeat, the worst manicure I've ever experienced. Made a first time appt for 1500 for a mani pedi. Arrived at 1500 and wasn't seated for my mani until 1555. I recently tried dip for the first time so I needed a dip fill. The owner, I'm assuming? Started on my nails. DIRTY work station, dust and nails everywhere, then dirty tools that had not been cleaned. Another Man took over 10 minutes in and by this time I decided I only wanted a polish manicure. Again DIRTY tools he wiped down with water and a paper towel. Why didn't I leave?? He seemed mad that I only wanted a basic manicure at this point and stopped to count his tips while working on my nails. He kept pulling my arms to make them relax and I said that I am having a hard time relaxing. I felt punished. Then came the 45 second massage on each hand to top off this horrifying experience. He then asked if I was ready for my pedi and I said I didn't have time at this point to get a pedi(I need one desperately on a Holiday weekend to boot) it was 1640 by this time. I paid $35 for my "mani" and another $10 for the dip removal. Do not go here. read more

Hands down one of the worst pedicure experiences I've ever had. I had an appt, showed up on time and nobody greeted me just stared at me. I finally got someone's attention and got sat. After 15min of waiting someone started then told me they had to stop because someone else had an appointment while I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Stay away from John, who apparently hates his job and made me feel guilty for asking for a mani/pedi. I had to leave after the pedicure because I felt shamed for being there. I asked him if he hated his job and he said it depends the person...so, ok... I've been coming here over 10 years. I have a huge special occasion tomorrow and now I guess I'm doing my own nails and finding a new salon for the future. Addendum: now that my toenails are dry, they look and feel like sandpaper which means they are covered in bubbles. So the pedicure I paid $37.50 plus tip for (yes, I tipped the guy who made me feel like a terrible person for coming in for service), is only going to last a couple days before it starts chipping off. How the Grinch Ruined Christmas (and my best friend's confidence) First off, have you ever had to watch your best friend cry for an hour over the fact that her nails looked absolutely horrible? As a man, no it doesn't interest me a lot the stuff that goes on in nail salons. But I figured I'd be a supportive friend and keep her company while she had her nails done. She had been waiting awhile and was actually really really excited. Sat there for a little over two hours. A lot happened in that two hours. Let's break this down into categories: The bad: The Christmas music they played was some off brand redneck Christmas music that should never have been heard by anyone's ears. Sure I can understand trying to be festive and give your clients something to enjoy while you completely destroy their nails, but come on. Off brand Christmas carols? Thank you, next. The worse: The person who actually did my best friend's nails did NOT listen to her at all. She came in with a plan, and wanted that plan executed perfectly. Or well as close to perfect as you can actually expect logically. The nail destroyer completely disregarded everything my friend had wanted; The color, the size, and the shape. What she went in wanting was a beautiful silver and gold themed Christmas/New Years look with a snowflake on each ring finger. The nail destroyer brought back the silver and gold. But also red. My friend being the great person she is, trusted in this apparent nail "professional". Got the color choices down, next was sizing and shaping. My friend wanted almond shaped at a medium length. The nail destroyer said coffin would be more appropriate for the work she wanted done. Again, pushing her "professional" opinion on a girl who's trusting her. Moving on. The Ugly: After the nail destroyer was done (AFTER TWO HOURS) my friend paid even though she had to find an ATM because the place didn't accept her type of credit card. But upon further inspection on the outside (out of the fumes inside that apparently brainwashed me and my friend into thinking they looked okay) we both found lumps, uneven color coverage, uneven filling of the nail stuff itself, and uneven lengths. Not to mention they weren't even put on properly. They stuck up. And no it's not how her fingers are thanks. During the walk back to her house she cried the whole way because she was disappointed. But wouldn't you also be disappointed if you waited for weeks to get your nails done in a festive way only to have them look like the Grinch stepped in and said "heck to your Christmas dreams"?? Wait it Gets Better: They would not refund my friend's money. 55$ is a lot to pay for crappy nails and horrible off brand Christmas carols. But they did say they would have the head nail person redo the job. My friend went in the next day with an appointment. That appointment took 3 hours. The whole process of removing the crap Grinch job and creating a hopefully more amazing job in the process. Right??? WRONG. They did listen to my friend a little better I won't lie. At least they got the shape right. But the length, the texture, the filling job, the color. Come on people you had 2 chances. Screwed up both of them. And ruined my friend's Christmas because you Grinched her nails when she deserved to feel like a queen. In conclusion: Don't go here unless you don't care about your appearance. If you're looking for Grinched out, uneven, lumpy nails, you have found the place! But if you actually care about your appearance like my queen of a friend, save your money and go somewhere else. Your fingers and your wallet will appreciate you so much more after. read more

Made an appointment at 11:30 to get a refill for my acrylics. I had gotten them done here before and although they were a bit thick I loved the design and wanted to go back to get it redone. I showed up at 11:32 and was told by the lady at the front that they would not be able to do my nails like I had gotten them done before because there were only 2 people in the store who could do it and neither of them came in today. Since it was such a simple design (3 solid blue nails and the other 2 white and black marble. I'll add the picture so you can see what I mean) I was a little concerned that no one else there would even attempt to try. But long story short I said that's fine and I would choose just solid color nails. I had made the appointment so early because I had to drive back to Denver that day. I assumed that when making appointments it means you don't take walk in clients 10 minutes before your client arrives but I was wrong. I was treated like a walk in and after waiting *40 minutes* for my appointment I wondered why I was even waiting so long for nails they wouldn't do the same way anyway. So I left. To end this on a positive note though I called "Cheyenne Nails" a couple minutes away and they got me in as soon as I showed up, and recreated the design the other place couldn't redo even better than the original. Unless you want to wait a ridiculous time (even with an appointment I made the day before!) for the most basic of nails (unless you get real lucky and those 2 actual nail artists are there) I would save time and just go somewhere else. read more

Worst nail salon experience of my life, went here to get mine and my friends nails done and we spent 3 whole hours in the salon, The owner was doing my nails and they had to restart on my nails three times because he didn't do the correct shape and had to restart, then proceeded to break one of my nails and file it down to the skin with the drill bit. My nail now hurts very badly and i have to go to a different salon to get it removed. My friends nails look like they are done by a kindergartner and the design looks like it's done in sharpie. Her nails are streaky and cloudy and mine are bent and all different shapes. Absolutely terrible experience, save your money and buy some press on walmart nails they'll look a lot nicer than what these people can do. read more

The other lady in which I didn't even catch her name, she ended up doing gel shellac pedicure, she said NOTHING to help make my experience comfortable. I went here as a walk in. They had plenty of techs open, but they had me wait for over an hour. They told me only one tech can do my nails because I wanted a heart on my nail. So I waited and didn't even get what I wanted. She cut me on both sides of every finger. The acylic is paper thin, they broke with in 4 days. They charged me for top teir work and gave me barely teir one. I showed them a picture, she said tha it was easy and still couldnt get it. She blamed me for having a hard design. Zero stars. I got shellac on my toes and nails and it looked horrible after. My nails looked like it had already been a week since getting them done. Polish all over my cuticles and skin. Had to file some nails as soon as I left. Be careful as they will charge for every little thing. Manicures should already come with a cuticle trim but I had to ask for it and when I went to pay, I was charged for it. My nail gal made me bleed three different times. She was not careful at all. But my dip mani cost $55 dollars. What???? Okay, i usually do my own dip nails. I got this mani done Tuesday, it's Sunday night, and i already have three chipped nails and two cracked nails.
