I had a scheduled fill for my nails at 10:30 on Tuesday morning. I was called at 8:30 in the morning from someone saying they were from the shop stating that they were going to have to cancel my appointment because the shop was gonna be closed for the day. They originally asked if I wanted to reschedule and I asked was there anyway I could get in the next day because I was not gonna be able to get in for another week. I was told someone would call me back shortly and it is now Saturday and no one has called me. The last time I got my nails done was with Lisa and nine out of my 10 fingernails had visible ridges on each nail. The nail bed wasn't smooth from the cuticle to the tip of the nail. Super disappointed with the way this business handled whatever situation they had going on that Tuesday where they had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. When I walked in the guy with very nice of picking a specific color I want it but then when I wanted my nail shape and design he got very rude with me and did not want to give me the design I wanted when I wanted a French tip he just basically threw a line over my nail which I did not want. Tell me how their website says it's $40 for dip but I went in and got a basic pink color and was charged $50. I felt like that was kinda high, but I tipped $10 on that and went back to their website and yeah, it's says dip $40. It felt like I was charged for a tip and then tipped again. We were greeted upon entering and to my surprise they were packed. We made a reservation but they do take walk ins too. So I was a little disappointed about the 30-45 minute. My daughter was like we drove here so let's wait... lol so we waiting. They shop is very nicely decorated and the atmosphere is laid back and pleasant. They do accommodate because they have kid services and a few people had their kids. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and at these prices their a bit pricey. We were told by my cousin that they are one of these best. I haven't met anyone who can out do my tech Lin from Texas yet; so let's see.... My tech was nice and polite. She was very attentive to what I said I wanted and didn't d a great job so far. Yesss I am loving the finished look. No complaints here. So I will definitely come back when I visit. Dip mani was very pretty when I first stepped out of salon, albeit thin even tho I had specifically asked that the nails be done thick. I do not have the time nor the inclination to come back in a week for repairs. But, two of my nails broke after 8 days so back I went. I happened to get the girl who did my original mani, she **DID NOT SAY A WORD** the entire time I sat in her chair. She did do the thumb thicker like I asked, but not the ring finger. I just had a baby 2 months ago and don't get a lot of chances to go out and do something for myself, so going to get my nails done was a really big deal to me. Based on reviews, I went here and was very clear about what I wanted; attached is a photo of what I asked for and what I got. I had to ask for a third coat of polish because the streaks were so bad and the acrylic wasn't covered in some places, I was cut with the file in a few spots, started bleeding, and even after asking for the acrylic to be thinned, I was still left with what looks like bubble nails. I wasn't even aware that my service was done, my tech just got up, walked to the register and told me from there that she was done while one of my hands was still under a UV light. It wasn't until I was driving home that I got a better look at my hands and was so disappointed in what I paid for. I won't be going to this place again and don't recommend it unless you want fake nails that obviously look it. I went back in a few hours later because my nails hurt so badly and I've never had that happen before; I was told that I'm allergic to acrylic and the only thing they'll do to make it right is to redo my nails with dip instead. I'm not allergic to acrylic and my nails are already so brittle from today, that redoing them so soon after this is just going to make them worse. When I tried voicing the other concerns, a few customers chimed in and said that your nails hurting is normal, and because of that, I felt like my other concerns about my service weren't understood. The second time I went a guy did my nails and he didn't even clip my nails or cuticles and barely scrubbed my feet. I showed up an hour and a half before closing which is enough time to get a pedicure done but the whole pedicure was just half assed. The gel nail polish was applied so thick and came off completely within a few days. The nail polish also didn't go all the way up to the cuticle, it just looked like I had a grown out nails. I've come here 3 different times, trying to give them a chance. First time was for gel polish change. This one went fine. 2nd time I tried to have the gels removed. They were busy and sat me in a chair and left. I sat there for close to 30 minutes waiting. Here's a thought: why not set a bowl of polish remover with me so I can be soaking? They finally show up, and get me soaking and leave again. Another 20-30 minutes go by and they come back to prep my nails for regular polish. Then they leave again. I finally got fed up and walked up to the counter to pay and leave. They're like "But we haven't finished, you have no polish". I'm like "I've been here over an hour. No more time, thanks". 3rd time I asked for an overlay. She grabs the box of tips. I explain that an overly is a thin layer of acrylic over natural nails. She says she understands, then proceeds to put *3* layers of acrylic powder on (white, pink, clear) and then gel polish. I walked out with nails feeling like they weighed 5 pounds each. Holy cow! Ugh. No thanks. I found a better place, even if it's further to drive. read more

Stopped in for a spa pedicure number 2. This is a middle of the road $41. The gentleman who waited on me which I know now is the manager started the pedicure. He had me test the water with my foot and then went directly working on my feet before I could even put them in the water. He did not use cuticle remover or do the cuticles. This is also to include a callus remover and treatment. That did not happen. Within 12 minutes he had my feet up dried and applying polish. When I looked down to see the polish it looked like a third grader has been painting my nails. I ask him take the polish off and I left. I let them know I was not happy but still charge me $41 for a half assed job! Would never go back. read more
