Without even asking, my nail tech Kelly automatically assumed I was getting the same pedicure and gave me the wrong one and switched after I told her I didnt want that one. I also get acrylic on my two big toes. I always vocalize how I like them shaped and no one can ever do them right except for my typical nail tech Vu. So I ask if I am able to shape my one toe to show how I prefer The shape. She then proceeded to ask me to continue so she can take a video. I am adamant about letting her know I would Prefer not to be recorded. And then she continues to press and ask multiple times after I said no. So then she pull out her phone and still records me anyway. It was incredibly inappropriate and embarrassing. And now she has a video of my face in her phone with which she could do anything with or post anywhere without my knowing, or consent. I am very upset to say the least. read more

The UV/LED LAMPs also appeared to need more inside & exterior sanitation. Therefore, A much more consistent, detailed, and thorough wipe-down of all surfaces, instruments, and devices would significantly help reduce the risk of bacteria spreading... On top of that, this location states online that they open at 9AM; but in my experience, technicians are just entering the salon by that time themselves. You'll see them opening up the phone line, setting up the cashier area, unlocking back doors, and preparing their cubicles, carts, and stations little by little. I've been getting my nails done here for 18 months now. Throughout this time, I've noticed their service changes depending on who performs it. For instance, the milk and honey pedicure will most of the time include the bison milk, but sometimes it won't. Sometimes it'll include callus removal, sometimes it won't. ‼Worst pedicure, manicure and Customer Service from a nail salon in over 28 years.‼ Infection and Injuries from Manicure & Pedicure - Extremely Disappointed My sister and I both sustained injuries during a recent visit to this salon. The technician performing my sister's pedicure used a cuticle tool so aggressively that it caused an open wound in her toe. She cried out in pain and asked the technician to stop. Within 24 hours, her toe became severely infected. She required urgent care, antibiotics, and was told not to put weight on her foot. It has been over 10 days, and she still cannot walk without pain. As for me, every one of my cuticles was cut during my manicure. My fingers were red, irritated, and painful for over a week. I had to wear Band-Aids on multiple fingers throughout our vacation. We provided photo evidence of both injuries and contacted the salon as soon as we had cell service. We were told the technicians denied doing anything wrong and that no refund would be issued. This response was both disappointing and insulting, especially given the medical attention required, submitted Doctors notes, antibiotic prescription and photos. I will be filing formal complaints with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies and the El Paso County Health Department. I'm sharing this experience to warn others -- this was not a minor nick or isolated mistake. It was careless and harmful. read more

I had inquired via Facebook on Dec 18 & called their phone line on Dec 20 to confirm my appointment (mind u I even confirmed what nails I was doing & even sent the inspo pic via FB that same day I called). I specifically picked Kobi as my nail tech since I was in-between doing these intricate designs that I felt he was best to do them with, based off the pictures of his works, so I booked w him. My appointment was at 3pm & I checked in 2:45pm. The receptionist told me to sit and wait. I SAT AND WAITED FOR 51 MIN MINUTES. I was trying so hard to be patient bc this was the only appointment from everywhere I was able to secure for a trip I have after the appt. -10/10 if I could give for the crappy customer service, Ive locked eye contact with the front desk multiple times in the 51 min wait Ive had. She has managed to even circle the entire place and clean up after customers have left. And yet NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of anything regarding my nail tech running late, no apologizing nor no check ins within that 51 minutes I sat waiting. It took me standing up and approaching her about my appointment, for her to say my tech will be ready soon and that I could sit in the chair of my tech's table. Again, I try to be patient and gave it another shot right.. As I sat on the nail tech's chair, he did his thing and was about to glue these acrylics on. So I had confirmed that I am doing gel x, I specifically confirmed for gel x over the phone. He ends up saying he does not do gel x and I would have to wait for another tech. This tech did not even apologize for that 51 min delay nor thanked me for some patience. (U'd think its the least they could do after all that waiting just to be turned down right?) The receptionist moves me at another nail tech, Emily. I waited 10-15 min for her. My nails were already filed and scratched up, so I thought might as well stay and get them done. I did something simple: new gel x set, almond shaped, dark reds, with 2 fingers of cat eye nail arts. To be fair, after 1.15hr wait, I have to give it to Emily. She apologized for needing to collect her stuff before starting and thanked me for the patience. She immediately did her thing, checked in if I liked the colors shes putting on, if I was ok if she added this or that; so I said yes to many things and let her do her thing. The only thing I felt was lacking was the shaping of my nails. I still appreciated Emily's kindness and friendliness (But tbh I was ready to be just out this salon.. I was so frustrated already with the experience by the end.) Overall, would NOT recommend this place. This was my first time coming here and last ever experience with them. Anna did my nails and they ended up lumpy with cut-up cuticles. I decided to give the salon another shot and returned for a hybrid gel manicure. I wasn't seated until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. The tech recommended hybrid instead of dip, so I agreed. The nails weren't shaped how I asked and started lifting in less than a week. Mid-service, my tech left to assist another client who came in wearing noticeable designer items. She was greeted warmly, offered a drink, and taken care of right away. Meanwhile, I sat waiting. This wasn't the first time I noticed this kind of favoritism. Clients who come in with a more polished or affluent image seem to get prioritized. I've never once been offered a drink or greeted with that level of enthusiasm, even though I have a good-paying job and come ready to spend. My time and money are just as valuable. After that visit, I took a few months off and started going to another salon. I decided to give this place one last try and came in today for a gel pedicure and acrylic fill. Andy did my pedicure and was helpful with picking a color, which I appreciated. But the water in my tub was cold. The woman next to me mentioned hers was too, and they immediately added hot water for her. No one did the same for me. I don't understand why I keep feeling like an afterthought every time I come here. Tyler did my acrylic fill. He was pretty rough with the e-file and started using pink acrylic even though I had clear. When I asked him to switch to clear, he seemed annoyed. She made sure I liked the shape, color, and my finished nails. THEY ARE PERFECT! Exactly what I wanted. The salon is brightly lit, clean, organized, and BEAUTIFUL! The music is great (not loud or obnoxious. Sounds like wedding slow dance music) the hand washing station had neatly folded towels and a cute basket for your dirty towel. They talk about "hygiene", however I saw very little of it. They roll over a cart of already used tools and files to do your nails. I walked in for a gel manicure, and my regular tech, Jackie, was out. the manager assigned me to Klose and I was the only nail client in the whole place. When I sat down, I strongly smelled acrylic nails, and told her that I was very sensitive to it and it was an asthma trigger, and where was it coming from? We were the only ones there. She asked me if I wanted a mask. The smell was coming from open bowls of acrylic solution at her station, sitting on the counter. She started buffing my nails with the dremel. It kept catching on my nails, and I noticed that the holder of the drill bits was dirty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kloe asked me if I wanted square or round. I said somewhere in between, and held up my nail to show her the exact shape. She filed them straight across.
