The instruments they rent out are the real deal. Not the cheap imitations you see on Amazon. A couple of days later, I get a call from Kira letting me know my rental is processed and ready to be picked up. The location is convenient and has ample parking. We get to the store and see that they are very well organized and knowledgeable. I may have paid a bit more per month than going through IPSF but it's 100% worth it. IPSF is a waste of time and they are not organized. What IPSF does is have you keep checking with them over and over again. Like others have mentioned, Bertrand's is a breath of fresh air.
