Looked this place because I was in the process of buying a handgun and needed my auto registration updated to my current address. After reading previous reviews, I called ahead to make sure I can get what I needed done and I was told yes. So I continued to read the reviews and why it was rated 5 stars and all this talk about a Jasmine, and when I walked in and got greeted right away I knew it was gonna be the famous jasmine herself. After she excused herself from her current client politely she helped me out within 15 mins I was done and out. Got to say she was fast, knowledgeable and accurate in her work. So I've been dealing with a few things regarding my own insurance and needed a notary. This place popped up in my nearby search so I gave a call to double check that I would in fact be able to get the papers notarized. On the phone, Jazmin already sounded like a great person to deal with so I drove to the office I realized that she definitely is. Anytime you have to deal with life things such as insurance or other legal documentation, it can be stressful. You want to be in good hands and know that the not-so-fun parts of life are dealt with in a professional, friendly, capable manner, and perhaps most importantly, that you're working with a human. There won't be any question about getting amazing service here. The relatively small, but tidy place is inviting and professional. I can't really speak in depth about anyone else in the office, but of the one other lady who was there when I walked in (sorry I don't remember her name, Maria maybe?), it honestly seems like she's amazing too. It's immediately clear that Jazmin will go above and beyond to accomplish the job in the best possible way. No exaggeration, she is the best person regarding insurance or notary services you could deal with anywhere, ever. If you replaced anyone at any job with Jazmin, it's guaranteed to raise the quality of said job. Jazmin was great before sliced bread, and is still the best thing since. If Earth had to select one person to represent us in the event of an alien invasion, obviously Jazmin would be the ideal choice. To say Jazmin goes above and beyond an understatement. Through no fault of my own, I waited until the last day of my deadline to purchase a notary bond. I called EVERYWHERE and no one could help me. Until I called California Sun Insurance. Jazmin made it her mission to get me to the courthouse by 5:30pm so I could become a notary public. We started the process over the phone and she gave me the run down of how we would get this done. Within an hour, she had secured someone to notarize the bond to make it valid and had me at the courthouse by 2pm. I am so grateful for her excellent service. read more
