Had our appointment 3/6/24 after being referred by a family member. Last year we had to pay, but didn't feel like our tax preparer informed us enough of what we can do to avoid paying back so much. I gotta say, I felt seen and heard at EZ Refund! We were given advice on what to do to get a bigger return, and we're even assisted with adjusting our W4! Even my daughter wanted to go back! (Our tax preparer seemed to be a Disney lover, like my daughter) It also didn't hurt that we were also entered in a raffle just for filing our taxes with them! I'd recommend this location to everyone!

I heard great things about them so decided to give it a try. Called to set up an online appt and they were only available till after the deadline of April 15th so no biggie. Booked for a phone appt for the 22nd at 4pm. The person helping me instructed me to send 50 bucks to file an extension which I did. . Well my appt date came and went and I was not contacted. I called them and no response. Left a voicemail and no call back. I was conversing with someone through text and my message was read but no reply(read receipts) I even emailed them and got nothing. At this point I was just asking for confirmation that the extension was filed. So now I'm here playing extra because I relied on them. Would not recommend. read more

Terrible service! They go on vacation on tax week! DO NOT GO HERE! Then when you call after 2 months they are upset and with attitude that you are calling. They should be shut down because I've heard this is normal behavior. read more

I paid for my taxes to be electronically sent, my taxes were sent a year later, I had to pay thousands for late fees. When trying to get in touch with the tax preparer it was very hard. Finally nothing was done and I had to pay the the IRS for their mistake read more

In the end, they still withheld $60 from me, despite the inconvenience and mistakes on their end. It took nearly a month and a half just to receive my tax return. At this point, I've accepted the loss, but I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was seen by Jazmin she is always calm and collective even though we all know filing taxes can be a nightmare. She really takes the time to listen to your questions, your situation, and gives you great advise. She's extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly how to get you the best return possible based on your situation. I've always had to file a complicated tax return and she took the time to explain the details. The reception area is spacious lots of chairs, big screen TV which comes in handy if you bring your children along, coffee. Well I have been doing my taxes at EZ-tax for the past 2 years! I honestly have to say it has been the easiest and fastest process I've ever had on my tax return. I am a very impatient person and thank god I never have to deal with anyone when I do my taxes here. Jazmin is the person that has done my taxes, I love her she is so calm and collective.
