From the moment you walk in, you'll receive a warm greeting from the smiling face behind the desk. Once checked in, you'll even be asked if you'd like a glass of wine (21 and over). Then you go back for your service - in my case, a massage. I swore I would never have another male masseuse after a horrible experience I had at a resort in the Poconos. That was until I met Tyler at Harmony Spa. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease - even with female masseuse. Tyler was very attentive. I walk out every time feeling refreshed and relaxed. He also suggests at-home stretches so you don't tense up. He's the best and I highly recommend him!

However, I would not book it again, as there was no shower available to fully rinse off the salt afterward, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the service is described as "full body," but areas like the stomach and buttocks were not included, which felt incomplete. Couples Massage: My experience was just okay. My partner had a noticeably better experience--his therapist was very communicative and provided thoughtful touches like a cool eye wrap. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of service, despite being in the same room, which made the experience feel inconsistent. I would consider returning but would request a different masseuse. Facial: This was the highlight of the visit. The facial was excellent, and I would definitely return for this service.

I have had 2 of the VI Peels and a few rounds of the clear+ brilliance and I couldn't be happier with my tone, texture and overall look and feel of my skin. Daryn is a great person to work with in my skin journey and I value her knowledge and recommendations. I never feel pressured to buy but am given options for what can assist me in achieving my goals.

She told me she canceled the appointment and I could call back to reschedule. I didn't call back due to family health issues. I then called to ask them to return my $100 deposit toward a procedure. The receptionist stated since I didn't come to the one appt. they used my $100 for a no show. Very unprofessional staff, she said there were no notes on my canceling the appt. I had the date and the name of the person I spoke with but they insisted on keeping my $100. I will never return to this place again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Learn how to deal with customers because you truly suck at it. Rating should be 0 but i had to choose 1. That is being much too kind.

Two months later I was charged TWICE in a row by B Tan for a total of $90. I had to physically go into the salon to be reimbursed because the girl I spoke to couldn't figure it out over the phone. She reimbursed me for less than the charged amount and I had to go back in the salon. I wish I could give this filthy outdated dump zero stars. Paid $105 for 4 spray tans. The spray tan machine ran out of solution 30 seconds into the tan and left me with one tanned arm. I was told the manager would call and I would receive an additional free tan. I never heard from the manager, so I called today (a week later) to find out how many spray tans were on my account...and was told zero! But my card was still charged $105. Ridiculous. This is not the first problem I've had at this salon--Dirty beds, computers are consistently down, bulbs not working, dust everywhere. I only go to this salon because it is near my home, but after this I will be finding a new salon.

They did not give me a detailed receipt to show details of the extra charges. The same day I went to receive the tanning service for a wedding the next day, the machine was malfunctioning and not operating at all. I attempted 3 times and It wasn't working. The attitude of the manager was very rude and aggressive as if I was lying but you could clearly see that my skin tone had not changed color at all. The young lady who was going to prom the next day also told the manager that she felt she didn't get any color but the manager convinced her it would appear. The girl left without a tan for her event. After an hour there, I requested a full refund for everything but she would not offer me anything although I never received the promised service that I had already paid for. She said I needed to contact customer service but they redirected back to her store and she still refused and became more defensive and wouldn't offer me the direct email or phone number of anyone who could help.
