I've been coming to Natural Nail Salon for over two years, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. My nails always last and rarely ever chip, which is something I've struggled to find elsewhere. The team is incredibly accommodating and somehow always manages to fit me in, even when I need a last-minute appointment. Since the renovation, the salon looks absolutely beautiful--clean, modern, and so welcoming. It's become such a great neighborhood spot where everyone chats and feels comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Consistently great service, beautiful results, and a wonderful environment. They are very nice here. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends though. I moved to the area about 3 months ago. This nail salon was recommended by a Facebook friend. I have long nails and the dip nails have been better for me than acrylic ever was. I paid and left about half way through getting my nails done. I made two specific requests and was told they were unable to do them. First because how my nails grow. Second because they don't know how to freehand nor do they have forms to shape the powder. Where I lived before, the nail salon I went to for 9 years, they did it all the time. The other reason I left is as the girl was filing she was making my shapes worse, not better. When I left I went and bought supplies to finish them at home myself. I went home with my supplies and it only took me about an hour to correct my shapes and finish them. I understand I am picky about my nails but as a result I tip 25% or better. I was so upset didn't even tip when I left. My hunt continues...... read more

I am not pleased with the service. I have given this establishment numerous chances. The first time I came in and was not acknowledged, but given quick side views. Though there were women who came in after me and were services before me. Second time, I made an appointment prior to coming. Same issue. When I firmly addressed the issue I was serviced with no problem. Today I am here. I arrived at 1250. I was placed in the pedicure chair immediately... I was not serviced until 1:27. It's a Monday morning with more employees here than customers to serve. I do not know if it's because I am a male, or my skin color but I am truly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. read more

Terrible customer service!! They are rude and treat you based on what you get done here. I've given them several chances because it's close to where I live but it's been bad service every single time. They don't listen to requests and do exactly what they think you need done. They talk rude and I don't even think this place is hygienic. Best to avoid!! read more

I was hesitant to go here based on the most recent reviews, but it was a Sunday and I was stuck and needed a gel manicure before a Monday work trip. I was greeted right away and directed to sit at a mani station. Only waited about 10 minutes before I was taken. I had gel on which needed to be soaked off and I was glad to find the use acetone and not that awful drill device. Although it seems they do that for other types of nail product. The woman who did my nails was pleasant and super fast. But really too fast because some of the polish turned out wavy and not as shiney as I'm used to. They are definitely about quantity of customers and not quality of service. Bottom line they'll do in a pinch and if I find myself in the same situation I'll go back. read more

Only place that could fit me in today without an appointment and without a long wait. Wait was about 5 minutes before someone could do my nails. I got a gel manicure that was done very efficiently. Technician was friendly and nice. It's obvious with the way people were greeted and treated that quite a few were returning customers. Will stop by again in the future if I happen to be in the area. Pricing for the gel manicure was less than others in the area that I looked up. Would have given my visit 5 stars but the technician nicked one of my cuticles. :( read more

I was going to this salon for a few months. The last time, my technician stated she had a terrible headache and was sick. She tore up my heels so badly that it was necessary to put antibiotic on them. I called the owner to complain and sent pictures and the only response I received was hmmm, hmmm. She made no offer to make things right by bringing me in to look at them, no offer to speak with the individual, no offer for treatment of my heels. Also, one of the other techs had her entire upper lip covered with cold sores. I think I need to find another salon my attentive to hygiene. read more

I visited this salon for the first time with my two sisters. The atmosphere of the salon is very relaxing, and the technicians were happy and welcoming. I got the thirty minute hot stone pedicure, and my sister, seated next to me, got the twenty minute pedicure. Although my pedicure did include hot stones, both pedicures took twenty minutes. My biggest concern with this salon is their violation of health code. The technician working on my other sister, who is pregnant, had a definite viral infection flare-up on her face. When my sister asked the technician to replace her ripped glove, she laughed and continued with the massage. My sisters and I were so taken back by the situation we were unable to address it in any other way than their tip. In my opinion, this salon had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the significance of the health violation will keep me from returning. read more

I used to go to this nail salon pretty frequently and never had an issue until my most recent visit. Instead of soaking and waiting for my gel polish to be ready to easily scrape off as usual, this technician used her fingers to pick and rip off my old polish. Not only was it unprofessional but uncomfortable. She not only ripped off the old polish but part of my nail. My nail lengths are also now uneven, and the polish is bumpy. If I had wanted to pick off my own gel nail polish and ruin my nails, I would have done that at home. Because of this, I will not return or recommend it to anyone. read more

There's rarely a wait, and they always find a way to fit me in if I don't make an appointment. The techs are so friendly! I have crazy cuticles that grow so fast - the techs always take their time to ensure my nails are perfect. Never any short cuts. The gel color selection is really extensive, which I appreciate.
