I was very nervous when I showed up for my first hair trial and Teresa put me right at ease. She is easy going yet professional and worked off a picture that I had selected of a hairstyle I picked off of Pinterest. Teresa never made me feel rushed or pressured and when all was said and done, I absolutely LOVED my hair on my wedding day! I did have two hair trials (because I am picky yet indecisive at the same time lol) and we still made some small tweaks and added a hair piece at the last minute but Teresa never made me feel like I was being a pain (though I'm sure I was). My hair is just below shoulder length, and I only have a few gray hairs, so I usually color it to match my natural shade. They charged me for both a color and an "extra color", but I only got one color, so I'm not sure what the extra was for. On top of that, they added $50 just for a blowout. When I got home, I still noticed a few gray hairs that weren't covered, and I don't even have that many to begin with.

She is easy to talk to, always supportive of whatever hair-related requests I make, and offers honest advice when appropriate. She has never made me feel guilty about my total neglect of my hair (which has happened at other salons). As an added bonus, she always offers to curl my hair at the end, making me feel even more glam. The salon itself is clean and staff is courteous. There's a cute selection of jewelry and accessories for sale that you can browse while you wait. Making an appointment is easy --- you can request times you want online, and they'll confirm with you via email or phone. This time, despite a relatively restrictive schedule, they were able to find me an evening appointment with my preferred stylist within 1 week of my request. Prices have always been reasonable as well. Definitely planning to return on a regular basis and would highly recommend Salon 926 and Tiana to all!
