Purchased wheels and tires only for the tie rod in my truck to need service while doing the "50 mile necessary drive before lug nuts can be calibrated ". While out for the drive, tire rod gave issues and I had to stop by another wheel and tire shop to ensure I wasn't losing my tire . The tech and business owner of that place told me I'd have to replace my tie rod if they can't fix it. After examining the rod and the wheels, the work was redone properly and was charged $400 additional on top of what I had just paid for my wheels and tires. Since then, Customer service from this establishment has been good depending on who is behind the counter. Have heard from several customers that they call repeatedly asking for payment for "their" merchandise, yet this establishment has nothing in place to assist customers should the customer only have after hours to come by. Customers can't pay online, or drop off payment on a Sunday as there is no drop box. Most people work and this establishment is open until 6:00 but even that doesn't allow enough time if you work the same schedule as the shop, or longer hours.

They took a look at my vehicle and explained to me only my back breaks needed replaced. They explained and showed me what needed to be done and I was impressed with their honesty. While waiting for my vehicle I spoke to the owner. She made me aware they've been in business (if I can recall) for more than 20+ years and after dealing with them I understand how they managed to do so. I was very well respected and explained all to the "T". I came back today to get my tires rotated after a few months and once again I was treated with respect and my vehicle maintenance was completed in a timely manner. I have Alberto's Tire Pros 5 Stars because they very well deserve it. Anyone needing service done should check them out. They not only specialize in tires but in exhaust, semi trucks, wheels and much more! They're bilingual staff is amazing and do their job well done! Muchas Gracias Alberto's!

She was told the problem was the wheel bearings and was charged $25 just for the inspection. Based on their diagnosis, we replaced the bearings--only to find out they were never the problem. Not only was the diagnosis incorrect, but they couldn't identify the actual issue and still charged an elderly customer for inaccurate information. That cost us unnecessary time and money. I understand that diagnosing vehicle problems isn't always easy, but if you're going to charge people for a professional diagnosis, there should be confidence and accountability behind it. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. I hope this encourages others to seek a second opinion before spending money on repairs based solely on a diagnosis from Alberto's. 0 star

I wanted an alignment that was a little more aggressive than a standard setup for street driving as the plan is to at some point...when I have time...to start doing track days. The cost for the alignment was on par with any other shop in town but I would absolutely classify Keith as an expert. Keith warned me about tire wear and what to watch out for with the alignment I went with and pointed me in the direction of alternatives to SCCA in the area My understanding is this is THE shop to go to for Miata owners and Miata is always the answer so regardless of the type of Miata you drive trust that Keith is going to hook you up. (Miata enthusiasts call every car a Miata btw see photo)

He gave me his assessment of the existing struts/shocks and then his recommendations on work to be done. The work was done exactly as he described, though I was a little surprised at the price - $1800 for new struts/shocks, an alignment and tire rotation/balance, $700 of which was for parts, the rest for labor. Since I rarely take my truck to the shop, maybe I'm just out of touch on how much shop labor costs these days. Despite some sticker shock, I have no complaints: Keith was a pleasure to do business with. (One note: Keith charges a 4% service fee for credit cards, so if you want to avoid being surprised by a hefty service charge bring cash or check. He does not advertise this fee aside from a sign on the wall, and did not mention it until I noticed it on the invoice. So be ready for that.)
