And it's honestly only maybe $20 more for a family of four one way vs. the Disney Shuttle/Mears, and you are taken directly to your hotel in a nice car. Why wouldn't I keep booking them? We initially chose them because they have free of charge car seats and booster seats upon request (and because I am not going to start my vacation waiting for a bus, then waiting on the bus while everyone else gets dropped before you). George has always picked us up at the luggage carousel and gets us where we need to be in an efficient and friendly manner. We used a different car service once, and we had to go looking for the driver because they were circling in the car (not parked and waiting). More stressful and I think it even cost more somehow? Even though my kid is technically old enough not to need a booster seat in Florida, she still small enough that she needs one for safety reasons, so I love that I don't have to think about it. We get to start our vacation off like VIPs in a quiet car, not smashed in yet another tiny seat with a million people after being on a plane all morning, or waiting in line for an uber. He reviewed our pickup and dropoff windows to make sure we planned accordingly for TSA, delays, etc., and this extra touch gave me great confidence in his company's abilities to provide top-notch service. Our arrival flight got delayed for 14 hours, and George was extra communicative throughout, texting and emailing that they were tracking our flight changes. When we finally landed the next day, exhausted and delirious after spending the night in the airport, his driver Erol was amazing, kind, and helpful in retrieving luggage. The Towncar itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect reprieve after a harrowing day and night of traveling. George himself picked us up for the departing flight, 15 minutes early to boot. He was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to as well, just like Erol. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting the Orlando area. From the second I contacted Space Port, to when Cathy picked us up, and then dropped us off, Space Port was the way to go. Great communication throughout the whole process. Even a follow up call to ensure everything was on. I felt the price for four of us, seven suitcases, and a dog kennel was fairly priced. The sketchy place I called was cheaper, but I needed to be somewhere on time and on schedule. I had no problems with the cost. Cathy was absolute fantastic driver and I was pleased with the trip! I anticipated the company being a little late, you know "island time". NOT AT ALL. Showed up right on time, loaded us up, and off we were. The van and trailer were clean. There are tons of transport options from the port to/from the airport, but not as many from the port to Orlando. I did exhaustive research and Space Port Transport was the cheapest option. I'm happy to report that they also provide wonderful service, and I strongly recommend them for any port transportation needs. Two days before the end of our cruise I discovered that our ship debarkation time was one hour later than I had booked for the transport pickup time. I emailed from the ship asking to push the pickup time back, and received a reply within 15 minutes stating that it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks to their quick reply, I could go back to enjoying the cruise rather than worrying about debarkation day. The pickup and drive itself also went wonderfully. With a quick phone call once we exited the terminal, our driver arrived pick us up within a few minutes. Along the way she pointed she pointed out various 'local' bits of knowledge and helped the hour long drive pass by very quickly. Overall the entire experience was great and I'll definitely be using Space Port Transport on our next trip!
