If you're like me and very forgetful then you will always need to have a great locksmith on dial in your phone. ;) Alon is AMAzING and comes HIGHLY recommended. I needed the front door deadbolt opened (last minute at 7pm) which is every locksmiths nightmare...oopsies. Having faith and a couple tools and a drill later we were able to open it! Not only that but I decided to change the lock to a keyless digital deadbolt, which I told him before we met so he recommended which brand to buy at Home Depot (Defiant) and saved me a pretty penny. The deadbolt I bought apparently was faulty so he brought the same one from his car and told me to return mine. Life saver! Thankful to have a reliable locksmith I can call last minute and who is trustworthy!! 1000%

First time was for a rental home and I very much appreciated the communication before doing the work as the tenant was trying to get something very expensive done. The second time, I was there in person for the whole time and pricing was not as clear until it was too late. "I can be there in 15 minutes" is exactly what you want to hear when you've just brought your friend home from the hospital and her lock is broken so she can't get into her own house. Alon was responsive, amiable, and so helpful. Despite a malfunctioning lock, he was able to get the door open without breaking the doorframe and replaced the lock competently and efficiently. I started having trouble inserting my key in my front door lock. I thought this would be a good time to upgrade my lock to an optional keyless one. I bought a new lock and called and spoke to Alon. He came out yesterday afternoon and installed my new lock. It wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, but he figured it out and then showed me how to use it. He was efficient and friendly. Alon seems like a good guy, gave me a time eta and showed up on the early end of the eta. He got here and figured out what the job was and completed it quickly, only took about 20-30 minutes to rekey 4 doors and didn't try to gouge me on prices like a lot of the other locksmiths out there. Word of advice for people looking for a locksmith, do not trust reviews with a lacking of actual substance aka has only made one or two reviews. Always look at reviews because a lot of the times you will find reviews that look extremely similar and usually what that means is the company is making fake reviews or paying someone to make fake reviews. read more

Alon arrived within a couple of hours from my initial call. He was polite, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and had great ideas. Instead of just resetting my auto lock, I decided to replace it (and all associated locks) with better, safer versions. Alon replaced a deadbolt, two door handles, and the auto lock on my security screen door and front door. Based on his suggestions and safety information, I'm going to have him back to install a Ring and some internal door knobs. I'm so grateful to him. read more

I was at a medical appointment when I realized I left my keys in my truck. I Googled "pop a lock near me" and this business showed up. I contacted him, thinking it would be 60-90 minutes for him to get to me. Instead 10 minutes later he was standing next to my truck, getting my keys back for me. So he quoted me $185 to do the job and we agreed. But, he only has to do 4/6 locks to complete the job. He completed the job in about 15 minutes and all locks worked to one key. We already had the key and it worked. Two of the door handles were loose and I asked him to tighten them. He had no tools so he could not do it. WOW, I thought! Time to pay the bill. Without me realizing it he still charged me for 6 locks when I should have been charged for 4 locks. He said it came out to $215 with taxes and fees. 'What" I said? No taxes on labor, I said and "What fees". "6% credit card fee" he said. "No" I said, only 3% fee should be applied. We got the manger Leo on the phone and I questioned him about the 6% fee. He got very rude and disrespectful with me. I ended up hanging the phone up on him. I can't believe Leo is in management the way he deals with customers. There's more but I'll spare you the details. They…read moretried to charge me $470 to open my car door when I was originally quoted $150 by one of their technicians. This all started off because I left my car keys inside the vehicle while I was at the gym. They were one of the first numbers to pop up when I was looking for a car locksmith and they had a good rating so I did not bother looking at the reviews prior to calling them (big mistake). I contacted their office at 7:50PM and they said that one of their technicians would call me within 2-5 minutes to confirm that they would be on their way. At 8PM, I received a call and was told they would arrive in 30 minutes and was given an estimate of $150 for the service. I waited 20 minutes and a second technician called me to say they would be arriving in 30 minutes. I was confused because I had already confirmed with a different person, but when I tried to explain that to the second technician all he said was "well do you still need your door unlocked?". I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and said I would wait another 30 minutes. 50 minutes pass by, and the technician still hadn't showed up. I tried to called him 2 times and was sent straight to voicemail. I called the office and all they said was that they would reach out to him. At 9:19PM I finally get a call from the technician and he claims he got "pulled over" but that he was still on his way and would arrive in 19 minutes. I would have appreciated some form of communication at this point, but again, I decided to wait. 35 MINUTES PASS AND HE STILL WAS NOT THERE. I called the tech AGAIN and he said he was in the parking lot looking for me. He finally arrives and it takes him about 5 minutes to open my door using nothing but a long metal pole. After that, proceeded to tell me that it would be $470 for the service. I was in complete disbelief. I told him that the first technician I had spoke with quoted me $150 and that I would have called another company if I was told it would be $470. The guy kept insisting that I was wrong and told me to call the person who I spoke with. I call the number of the original technician and he confirmed once again that it would be $150. The man that was with me starts speaking in a different language to the person who I called on the phone and then tried to LIE to me and say that they were from a DIFFERENT COMPANY. At this point I am furious. I felt like they were playing in my face. I asked him how they could be from a different company when he was just talking to him in front of me. I never called another company. The guy got flustered and asked that I call the main office again, so I did. The office called the technician after I spoke with them [I felt like they were trying to be really sneaky]. And he finally says they would give me the $150 service price. The complete total came out to $218. When I checked the original invoice they had sent me, they had charged me $50 for a "service call" in addition to the $150 for "labor". I checked the invoice again this morning and it seems it was updated to show a $200 charge for "labor" and $18 in sales tax. Please save yourself the hassle and call a different company. Or if you do use them, make sure you get them to send you an estimated price in writing
