    I like this quilt shop however I do wish they would carry more Tula, no one around here really carries a lot of her stuff.

    On July 9 I visited this Printer's Alley location. I had a sample of fabric from the Raleigh…read morelocation. After not finding anything I liked as much and they did not have my sample in stock, an employee said she would check with the Raleigh store to see if they still had the fabric. She said she would call me if they still had the fabric. I appreciated her willingness to help. She called later that day while I was driving home (I live one hour from this location and two from the Raleigh store). When I returned home I called and was able to purchase the fabric over the phone. After taking my payment information she offered to have it shipped to my seamstress . I gave her the name and address and she told me she would take care of it when they received it from Raleigh. I thought everything was taken care of at that point. On August 2 I heard from my seamstress that she had not received the fabric. When I contacted the store they had received the fabric but said they had no idea who it belonged to. They told me Raleigh had sent no information. Raleigh would have had no information since I didn't purchase it from them. When I picked my fabric up I was told the same story multiple times even though I explained multiple times. The woman I dealt with was right there. She had my name, number, payment information as well as the name and address of my seamstress. She never bothered to follow through when the fabric was sent from Raleigh. They continued to blame the Raleigh location for the mixup. This Greensboro location dropped the ball and refused to take responsibility. That is no way to run a business. It shows a total lack of integrity. If they had taken responsibility for their mistake I would return when I needed fabric but that is not the case now. I will never shop at this location and tell everyone I know that is looking for fabric to never go there.

    While Printer's Alley has a beautiful selection of fabrics, I must say that I am very disappointed…read morein their Customer Service. Actually, there was no Customer Service! I made a very large and expensive purchase of fabric to recover 6 Parson's Chairs, as well as, another fabric to make 6 pillows and cording for the pillows. I brought with me actual pictures of the chairs from a couple of angles, along with measurements of every part of the chair. I also had pictures of the pillows with measurements. The person helping me told me how much fabric I would need for each. I used a very reputable Upholsterer, who called me when he unrolled the fabric for the chairs. There were two cuts of fabric on the roll. He called me because he said they sold me twice as much fabric than I needed and that they should at lease take back the second cut of fabric that was on the roll. When I called Printer's Alley, they refused to take anything back and said all sales are final. I understand this, but not when you trust them as professionals and they then take advantage of their customers! Especially when there was a large amount of fabric on the second piece of fabric that they cut. The people at Printer's Alley cannot be trusted and hide behind their "all sales final" to take advantage of their customers by selling twice as much fabric as is needed. Buyer beware!!

The store is huge and literally have any and everything you need for you home, craft items, furniture and out door area. I truly got lost and really enjoy my time getting lost. Nothing like air pods on and just being in your own zone. I did find some items, two metal leaf pieces for my office wall and a spoon holder for the kitchen. Prices is very reasonable and always some type of sale also. Parking is plenty, you will not have any issues since it's in a huge shopping center area. The store was super organized and clean. I really appreciate that, makes it so easy to find items or themes your looking for! This is literally the spot for redoing any room in your home!

    Hobby Lobby is hit or miss for me. They offer a massive variety of home decor, lots of variety and…read moreseasonal decor for every holiday (except Halloween). They also offer lots of goods for any hobby, sewing, painting, jewelry making, model making, scrapbooking, and just about anything else you can think of. My main complaint is the quality of some of their goods, many things like picture frames have gone down hill in quality steadily over the years, I'm sure as they attempt to get lower and lower costs, but all they're doing is passing g the lower quality on to their customers. On this visit, we bought a picture frame, got home opened it up, and it was too flimsy to even hold what we bought it for. Another annoying detail is their weekly sales. It seems everything in the store is generally on sale for 40-50% off every other week. So if you go to buy something and it's not on sale, it probably will be in a few days. They are clearly making a profit even when things are on sale, I wish they would just offer the sale pricing all the time. Stop playing the annoying game One last complaint, bringing out Christmas decor for sale in August is simply too much. All that being said, you can certainly get some decent deals on decorations and decor, just beware of quality

During the month of July…read more2023, I notice my refrigerator was not keeping my food cold & there was some water coming from underneath the unit. I had exteneded warranty, so I called Electrolux & few days later a technician came out & it was determine some parts had gone bad on the refrigerator side. However, the technician NEVER checked the freezer side of my unit. The technician left & a week later of the of July 2023, I called Electrolux again to find out the status of the ordered parts. Acording to customer service there was no information from the technician regarding the parts being ordered. I was very angry & I immdiately asked if I could order the parts myself. I placed an order & I also demanded to have another techician(s) to come out!! Around the first of Aug 2023, some technicians came to my residence & inspected my refrigerator once again. This time not only did they inspected the refrigerator side, they also inspected the freezer side. They observed the interior walls were completely cracked all the way around & took some photos/video. They explained this kind of problem could not be repaired, so I actually need another (new) refrigerator. ***************************************************************** Around the second week of Aug, 2023 this message was sent via email... Good day, I have been assigned to review your replacement request. I have approved replacement. However, your old unit is no longer available, I am attaching a specification sheet for the model that I propose for replacement. Please review the model and let me know if it is acceptable. This the only model that I have available, and I do not have many. There will be a pick-up, delivery, installation, and haul away fee that you will be responsible for. Once you consent to the model and PDI amount of $273.00+ taxes if applicable, I can get your order placed. Please respond as soon as possible by this email before the stock depletes. Also, please be advised that your contract will be considered fulfilled and will be cancelled, but the new unit will have a new manufacture warranty with it for a year. Thank you!     Bought a series 5 washing machine in April 2019. On 6/29 I noticed that I was no longer getting hot…read moreor warm water on the cycles that used those water temps. Electrolux has sent a repairman to my house 7 times now, replaced everything that could be replaced, and is now telling me that the machine doesn't really have hot or warm water - it's more like luke warm. Even though it had hot and warm water when I got it and it has a hot water temp button and a warm water temp button. I have had to take off work 8 times now for repairs - the repairman has told me he doesn't know what else can be done and I have repeatedly asked for a refund due to this machine being a lemon. I continue to get canned responses from Electrolux that they don't refund or replace until all avenues are exhausted. I also did a survey at their request on the machine and I was honest and polite. They moderated the survey and refused to post it because they said I drove business away by saying I would probably not recommend the machine. They suggested that I "revise" it if I wanted it posted. I bought the machine based on reviews - obviously only "good" reviews are being posted. I've also reached out to BBB and the CA State Attorney General's office. I would be wary of buying a major appliance from them
