I do not recommend working with Callaghan Engraving if you're on a professional deadline or if your reputation matters. I placed a custom order for a client project and trusted this company to deliver on time. The item was supposed to arrive by September 22--but despite my clear communication and approval via email (with proof), the company delayed the order, failed to respond in a timely manner, and ultimately canceled the order without warning. I had to explain this failure to my own client, which damaged my credibility and caused serious embarrassment. Even worse, when I pointed out the problem, they shifted the blame to me--saying I had not responded, despite having sent a full reply with detailed instructions on September 3 (which they ignored). I provided email proof, but they never took accountability. Their lack of professionalism, poor follow-up, and unwillingness to own their mistake made this one of the most frustrating business experiences I've had. If you're a small business owner or designer who depends on reliable partners, **be extremely careful before trusting Callaghan Engraving** with anything time-sensitive or client-facing. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Lorena G.

Lorena grew up around the family engraving shop, learning the ropes between school and weekends. What started as a side hustle became a full-time mission in 2015 when he took things independent. He’s got a sharp eye for detail, a love for personalized design, and zero interest in cookie-cutter gifts. When he’s not behind the laser, you’ll find him sketching new ideas or figuring out how to make everyday products just a little more unique.
