They also offered the courtesy of mailing it to the customer. In a rare incident, the award was mistakenly mailed to me instead of the intended awardee. However, Misty called and explained that she caught the error and mailed a new award out to the correct address. I was completely blown away that this business caught their error, owned it, and corrected it without one call from me! This completely removed any angst I had of trudging to the post office to mail a heavy award across country.
