They also somehow managed to CUT MY DASHBOARD!!!!!! How? Good question, because no one there could tell me either. The communication at this shop is so bad that you'd think they closed down for good. Did the job myself in 30 minutes and top of the line Bilstein B6 Shock Absorbers vs their low quality replacement in quote. Have to challenge you guys on that one because I was pretty kind in my payment of over $300 for you to tell me what was wrong just to put out astronomical quotes and embellish what it would take to replace. Live and Learn on my end but I feel bad for the people that get truly scammed by places like this.

This was my first time coming to a repair center and having my car fixed so I wasn't sure of all of the steps. My insurance covered everything aside from my deductible. I did have to schedule out about a week and a half because they were swamped, but I understood that and I really didn't want to take it to some of the places with really meh or bad reviews. They gave me a time estimate and my car was done in that time. They gave me a call to let me know when my car was ready. The entire front bumper was damaged, my wheel well pieces (rubber and hard plastic interior were completely ripped off), and the mirrors' paint was shredded a bit. It looks amazing; like nothing ever happened and I will recommend them for sure. I hope they don't take this the wrong way, but I would like to not have to visit any time soon!

Ask the clerk Natalie could I talk to the tech and she replied "customers can't talk to the techs." Then I asked to speak to manager. Leo (the manager) called me back a few minutes later and stated him and the tech would walk me out to explain what was going on in the morning. I went back the next morning my vehicle is already put back together and in line to be washed. I told Leo that I was was suppose to physically see what the issue was. He said your right, but they put it back together this morning. The so called master mechanic came out out and tried to explain what the issue was with installing the headlights and he was clueless. At this point, I was ready to leave with my vehicle. I did a walk around of the vehicle and the left headlight looks like it was kicked across the concrete face down. Leo said he knows it wasn't like that when I brought it there the previous morning. He would replace the headlight and make it right. I told him I would be back in a hour to pick up my vehicle. Came back and he said it was no charge for the labor for the work done. That does not replace the headlight. But at this point, I am ready to go. I start my car and check all of the lights: -my running lights do not work. -my fog lights do not work -and my left headlight is damaged After waiting hours for the techs to fix the issues and going back and forth with Leo, nothing is corrected.
