I came to Certified Collision from Yelp and my insurance approved them to repair my Honda. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and answered all of my questions. This was my first time coming to a repair center and having my car fixed so I wasn't sure of all of the steps. My insurance covered everything aside from my deductible. I did have to schedule out about a week and a half because they were swamped, but I understood that and I really didn't want to take it to some of the places with really meh or bad reviews. They gave me a time estimate and my car was done in that time. They gave me a call to let me know when my car was ready. The entire front bumper was damaged, my wheel well pieces (rubber and hard plastic interior were completely ripped off), and the mirrors' paint was shredded a bit. It looks amazing; like nothing ever happened and I will recommend them for sure. I hope they don't take this the wrong way, but I would like to not have to visit any time soon! read more

Ironically, Certified Collision came highly recommended to me from the folks at Ernie Palmer Toyota after needing a bit of body work on our Toyota. I visited Toyota first, but they weren't able to assist with what I needed. My first experience with Certified was excellent. I went in needing two separate repairs. Their estimates were a bit higher than the ones I had received from another body shop down the road. Upon my asking, they were willing to match the lower estimates. Happy customer. The repairs were done very well and the prices we paid fair. Then I stopped by for another visit this past week with our second vehicle for another repair. To save money, they suggested I pick up the new part from the dealer myself and then bring it to them for painting and installation. So that's what I did. The part was painted and ready for install the next day. Tim didn't even charge me for the installation since it was such an easy job! Certified Collision, I started doing business with about 18 years ago. I had taken my Wife's car there to see how much they would charge to replace a motor in a window that wouldn't go up or down. Mr. Brown said to give him a couple of minutes and he would check it out. He smiled really big and said" you don't need the motor, it is just a connection that is broke. Now had aready gotten a couple of estimates over $150.00 . he fixed the connection in about five minutes and charged me only $10. All of Certified Collisons work is garaunteed, Fast ,courteous, and their motto is they won't put anything on your vehicle, that he wouldn't put on theirs. I really hate to say this, I'm a Blessed guy in this world on almost everything, thank God. but I happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and have been not so fortunate about the accidents that have happened to my family and I. We have used them all of these years and have been Blessed to have them available except once. Then Tim wanted to make sure my vehicle would get repaired perfect, did a free estimate and wrote down everything that needed done. It is a no brainer to go to a place where the dealerships have their body work done. i once had a mechanic tell me that my vehicle looked amazing for tweenty years, was surprised that I had never had a wreck. The fact that they've been open for such a long period of time in a city filled with many competitors says a lot about who they are and the work they do. Not being from the area, I didn't know who to go to for paint & body work. However, Certified Collision came highly recommended by another local family-owned automotive business (Vickers). So, I received an estimate from Tim Brown at Certified to fix a deep scratch on both the driver side door and extended cab door on my Toyota Tacoma that was beginning to rust. I then dropped the truck off a week later. They completed the work very quickly, returning the truck to me in just two days. I'm a very attention-to-details kind of person and am a stickler for things being done right the first time. Well, I can sincerely say that Certified did not disappoint, and they actually EXCEEDED my expectations for the repair. The truck looks as if it never had any damage, as the techs at Certified masterfully matched the paint, blended everything together, and shot new clear coat on both doors. This repair center does not have the best location so it's easy to judge its services, but I had a wonderful experience! I had never been in an accident before never needing repairs on my car, but every employee was very helpful in answering all of my questions and made this process quick and easy. They repaired my front and back bumper in two days and my car looked beautiful and clean when I picked it up. They even fixed up my head lights that were pretty worn and foggy looking. I noticed a small smudge mark on my car when I picked it up and when I mentioned it to them they quickly buffed it out with no questions asked. I was referred to this business by my sister who has a new Acura. I also called Ernie Palmer to see who they recommended for their body work since my Toyota is a 2014 and Certified does their work to. I understand why now, I dropped my car off at noon Monday with a right front fender that had to be replaced, then painted and striped as well as the whole front end. I was told it would probably be ready Thursday but was called today Wednesday at 2 pm to tell me it would be ready at 5 pm. The car was ready waiting when I got there and you cannot tell it was ever painted much less repaired. I urge you to consider Certified you will enjoy a pleasant staff as well as their work. I had my rear and front bumper repaired after someone hit me. It only took a few days and they had my car back to me.
