Having traveled extensively while serving a quarter century in the US Navy Submarine force, then to commercial power plants throughout the US and South America, I am usually quite critical of businesses that offer services. I was pleased to find this real gem in a sea of zircon. I have, unfortunately, had more occasions than most to seek the service of paint and body shops for my personal, and company vehicles so I learned what to look for in selecting an auto body shop. First, make sure the owner is directly involved in the day to day activities and employs family members. Family oriented companies will likely provide better service because the younger employees hope to some day run the shop. Hard to find, now a days but, like Victor's, they do exist. I do not recommend you do business with a chain of body shops, especially those that come to you. They likely do not have a permanent location and are in for the short-term and max profits. Dealer body shops have very few, experienced personnel and their technicians get a commission on whatever they add to the initial estimate. Victor's work areas were neat and clean with tools and equipment stored appropriately when not in use. A sloppy shop will produce sloppy work. You will find one person at Victor's who represents the shop to you that does not need to consult someone else: probably the owners son. Tell his Mom if you are not satisfied. He will provide you with a clear itemized estimate in the form of a company invoice which will be clearly explained. There is fresh coffee (refrigerated bottled water would be nice) available in a clean neat area. I include this criteria because it is a clear demonstration that the company appreciates your business, and will most likely provide excellent service to encourage good PR and future business. It also indicates that the business intends to be around long term. Victor's provides a pod brew machine and water is available from the kitchen. Yes, they have a very nice homey kitchen. Bring them business, and maybe get invited to lunch. The Victor's employees I encountered appeared friendly and content with their jobs. You do not need a disgruntled person anywhere near a vehicle that can kill you. Check the security of the premises where your vehicle will be during restoration. Victor's is well equipped to safeguard your vehicle. The area is fully fenced and the office door lock is electrically controlled, remotely. I got the impression that Victor's personnel would rather you did not assume that all work was done as agreed upon. Insurance coverage is no guarantee, and out of pocket deductible, or total cost, can be significant. A knowledgeable Victor's representative will show you what work was done, and produce replaced parts if requested in advance. You will also be informed as to the maximum time Victors allows for repair of defects you may encounter after accepting your vehicle post-repair and when any painted areas may be cleaned or waxed. I also noticed that they have some great looking, low mileage, vehicles for sale. I have more cosmetic work to do on my Chrysler convertible so tell them Charley sent you. read more

Victor's body Shop is AMAZING! They go above and beyond in providing excellent service and quality work. After reading many online reviews and obtaining even more estimates from other various body/ paint shops I stumbled upon this video ( https://www.facebook.com/victorsbodyshopinc/videos/259105008088013?sfns=mo ) and it spoke to me so I decided to get one last estimate from Victor's. Ladies as you know when it comes to having work completed on our vehicles we are not always treated as mechanically inclined. Ladies you know what I'm talking about. Sometimes it's just a feeling and other times it's blatantly obvious... but this was not the case at Victor's body Shop. The entire process was explained, every question I asked was answered and the estimate was reasonable . A week after my initial visit I returned to the shop with a few more questions and they were more than happy to answer them. Vehicle drop off and pick up was easy. I will say that there was a slight flaw in the paint when I arrived to pick up my vehicle but after pointing this out the problem was addressed and fixed without hesitation. This did mean that they needed to keep my vehicle a bit longer than initially anticipated but the communication was great and in the end my car looked amazing. The color matches my original paint perfectly and Victor's stands behind their paint service with a lifetime warranty. If your in need of a full paint job or just paint repairs I highly recommend Victor's Body Shop. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended! I am thankful for EVERYONE at Victor's. An unfortunate accident left me dealing with a "total loss" with the insurance company. Of all the repair shops and estimates, Victor's gave me the best estimate for the work to be done and upon receiving the vehicle back, went above and beyond for me. The customer service provided from the beginning was phenomenal. The work done was perfection and it was done in a timely manner. Hands down Victor's Body Shop beats all the other body shops in my opinion. I visited about 6 different shops in the area and Victor's had the best customer service and genuinely made me feel welcome and secure that I would be taken care of. I took my car to Victor's Body Shop after I had a fender bender in my Saturn Vue. I expected trouble finding the part (since Saturn is no longer in business) which would've caused me to be out of a vehicle for a long period of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the timeliness, craftsmanship, professionalism, and warm family friendly environment! I had my door replaced on my Caravan last year and Victor's did an excellent job. The molding on the side starting to come loose and I dropped by today to see if anything could be done. I went to victors body shop because my sunroof was leaking. Instead of charging me for a new sunroof he just blew the debris out of the drains and set me on my way. Its nice to have a honest body shop in the neighborhood. My back blinker bulb burnt out. He told me to go buy a bulb and he changed it for free. I dropped my car off on Monday . Lee went over the estimate and compared it to my insurance estimate. He told me it would be eight days to repair when I asked. The work was done in eight days and looks beautiful. I could not have had a more pleasant experience faced with an unpleasant task. someone backed into the rear of car and dented the bumper and pulled it out a little. I went to Victor's and asked David to take a look at it and he stopped what he was doing and if a few minutes had the dent taken out and bumper back in place. I went in to the shop to get my weatherstripping changed on my car. I was told they either would need to be replaced or just cleaned out. Victor's simply fixed the issue by cleaning them out, at no charge, in less than 29 minutes. This was truly a blessing because I just moved to the area and I am currently unemployed.
