The gentleman greeted us and helped us trouble shoot and find the correct pieces to fix it. Then helped us install the new hardware. We spent $0.99. And he still went above and beyond to help us out. Very grateful that we came across this hardware store in a sticky situation.

My Dad and I went to Lowe's Labor Day to check out refrigerators as most were on sale. My parents…read morefrig is 30+ years old so it was time. An associate helped us find the models that would fit the kitchen space. We only had a few options but decided on an LG model with two doors up top, a freezer drawer on the bottom with a water and ice dispenser. We went with a 3-year warranty for $155 as the 2-year manufacturers warranty was limited and only covered the compressor and did not cover labor. We also paid $50 to have the old one hauled off and an delivery/installation fee which includes hooking up the water line. The refrigerator will be delivered in 2 days which was faster than I expected. We had a good purchasing experience and I'm looking forward to my parents getting their new refrigerator!

I placed an order an erroneously selected "Pick Up" rather than "Delivery"..... I have been charged $71 for an order that will now sit useless in a pick up bin in WVA; hundreds of miles away from me. I will not be picking up. I'm guessing, in a few weeks, someone may notice the package has remained and do 'something'. Regardless, I need these materials as soon as possible, but Menards useless contact information does nothing to help ameliorate this situation. How disappointing. This was my first order from Menards and will certainly rethink my future orders. Buyer Beware!
