The whole staff was caring and friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and caring as well. We've only been in once for routine check ups and an gland expression, but I would highly recommend them!

The professionalism, compassion and level of care that Dr. Marci and her staff have shown has been nothing short of excellence. Compassion, it really shows when meeting Dr. Marci who is such a great Veterinarian with so much experience & knowledge. Her understanding of your concerns and your pet's health take top priority. A genuine feeling of caring. I can't give enough praise for their honesty and professionalism when diagnosing your pet and providing honest transparent options as to which solution will work best for you and your pet. Not only Dr. Marci, but the level of caring that is shown for you and your pet is instilled in every team member as you arrive from start to finish of your visit. When staff member Brooke arrived, she provided a friendly positive and calming tone to our visit which gave us assurance our pet was in the best of care. Also, we received a follow up phone call from Dr. Marci to inquire how our pet was doing after care. Once again showing availability, care and compassion for our pet. Our Family highly recommends Quivira Crossing Veterinary Clinic for your pet's health and happiness!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I took my dog there a week ago because of a large growth…read moreon her foot. They gave me some steroids to help contain the growth and made me me an appointment to come back one week later I called the day before to make sure they received her blood work from her regular vet. They claim they didn't even have her on the schedule, but they would work her in. I get there for her procedure, they want me to sign something that tells me how much it's going to be. It's the same document I had before, except it was supposed to be half the price because I opted out of the bloodwork. My quote was originally $400 approximately, decreased down to $200 because of declining the bloodwork. However, they claim this was a mistake. And actually came back with a larger amount to pay. They were not going to honor the original quote that they gave me. The new quote was going to be anywhere from $370-$620. What a joke. I left. "Sorry" they say. That's the thing about saying sorry. Apparently these days it can get you out of anything.

Absolutely would recommend Grandview Animal Hospital!! My 5yr old corgi broke a tooth and my vet is…read moreover in Lenexa. I called them first thing in the morning and they recommended to call a dental specialist but explained they would not be able to do surgery in case it needed immediate removal. After calling my original vet and the dental specialist, I made an appointment for surgery. I was recommended to go back to my regular vet to work on pain management until the surgery. Since I live in Grandview, and they had been so helpful over the phone, I was able to get a same day appointment that afternoon! From the moment I walked in, my little man was showered with love and attention. The ladies i worked with both in person or on the phone (Dr Hamilton, Ella, Mikayla, Megan) were FANTASTIC. I am a first time dog owner and they explained everything in detail and answered all my silly questions. If you're furry friends need help, you can absolutely put your faith in this clinic!! We're doing much better this afternoon thanks to you ladies!!

My experience started out so positive but I will not remain a client now. As someone else…read morementioned, communication has not been good. I appreciate that they were able to see my dog the same day for an emergency visit. When I arrived, everyone was super nice. They examined Duke and determined he had some arthritis and gave me temporary meds to see if that helped his discomfort which it did. Bloodwork was needed to check his liver to see if he could remain on the meds. My first unfortunate experience was they lost the initial bloodwork. I waited a week before calling to see if they had his results. I get it, mistakes happen but it was frustrating given that I live in KCK and had to drive out to Grandview to have him get another blood draw while in the meantime, he's in pain again. When getting his second script refill, I had to message the office to find out if the doctor had received the request since it had been a couple days since the refill request was submitted. Finally, I called and left a message on the morning of 7/17 to discuss changing Duke's arthritis meds since they were causing him gastrointestinal issues that weren't improving. It has been almost a week and no one has called me back. I even sent a message through their contact form on the website...crickets. My friend who takes her dog to Grandview Animal Hospital highly recommended them to me and I was willing to drive a distance to receive good care for my pets. Not sure if its a staffing issue or training issue but this is too many instances of the ball being clearly dropped. I have since reached out to a vet that is closer and have an appointment set up for 7/28. Update: After posting my review, the practice manager did reach out to me to discuss my experience. I responded to her email thanking her for contacting me to try and rectify the matter. I've decided to take my pet elsewhere but hope they can get some procedures in place where ALL clients receive consistent customer service.
