We had an injury happen to one of our dogs and they got us right in and we were also able to get a laser treatment for him. Laser treatment is something that isn't available in our town. They claim they didn't even have her on the schedule, but they would work her in. I get there for her procedure, they want me to sign something that tells me how much it's going to be. It's the same document I had before, except it was supposed to be half the price because I opted out of the bloodwork. My quote was originally $400 approximately, decreased down to $200 because of declining the bloodwork. However, they claim this was a mistake. And actually came back with a larger amount to pay. They were not going to honor the original quote that they gave me. The new quote was going to be anywhere from $370-$620. What a joke. I left. "Sorry" they say. That's the thing about saying sorry. Apparently these days it can get you out of anything.

I adopted a second dog from the shelter and wanted to have my dog checked and vaccinated. I mentioned that my dog had a suspicious mass on his paw and the staff that were not the regular staff who examined my dog completely brushed me off and ignored me. I took my dog back a second time to look at the mass and again I had a Dr. that is not regularly there examine my dog. She mentioned something about a needle aspiration and then told me just to watch the mass for growth. The mass continued to grow and I decided to take my dog to another vet. This vet took their time with me and did surgery immediately after I took him there. They saved him from losing his toe and will determine if it's Cancer. If you love your pet don't bring them to this incompetent practice that simply doesn't care about your pet's health and life!!!
