I scored a beautiful faux leather skirt and a bold printed pair of Palazzo pants to replace some of my favorite black-and-white striped pants, so it was a win-win situation for me! I corrected the employee, stating that she was not her girlfriend and should not have taken something from her hands without permission. I advised the employee to address a parent or guardian when interacting with a child. Despite my feedback, the employee chose to argue with me. I instructed my family to put back any items they had selected, as the customer service was subpar. I will not return to this store due to the inadequate training of associates. The employee who took the bag from my granddaughter had a red nose . I understand the store has a policy about outside bags being left at the service desk. However, please refrain from taking anything or approaching a small child. Please.

These ladies were so welcoming and helped me through the whole store. I must say as soon as you step into the store, you can tell it's not like any other city trends you've been to. This is more like a beautiful quaint department store. Everything was well put together. Displays were amazing. I had a return from a previous store, the Associates made sure that I found everything that I needed. I stayed in the store over 30 minutes. I bought over $50 worth of things and that included at least five items. I bought the cutest dresses, cute jeans and some coverups for my trip coming up. I cannot wait to come back here. I just kept giving them compliments about the store, I love how they had the children's department so classy and beautifully arranged, the boys and men's departments was the same.
