I've bought a couple things here now and it's my first stop whenever I need a last minute outfit for nights out/raves. They have a really wide selection of club/day club clothing. The sizing does run small here--I'm a standard small in almost every store and sometimes I still need to size up, shoes included. Service is a hit or miss but it's not a big deal. I definitely have noticed that they carry a lot of SHEIN/wholesale clothes. They cut a lot of the tags off to try and make it not as noticeable. With that being said, we're paying a $20-30 markup on $5-15 items. I guess you're paying for the convenience of being able to try things on and being able to get the items same day. read more

This clothing store is the best. They have the hottest fits and wide price ranges. From rave clothes, plus size sections, gym wear, and shoes it has everything. The store is a little on the pricier side for the nicer items but nonetheless there is options for everyone. I bought three items for $110 and was gifted two lash freebies. I hate leaving bad reviews for smaller businesses because I know everything isn't always completely on the owner, but the staff experience honestly needs work. I went in Day 3 of EDC on sunday trying to find a last minute outfit and the vibe immediately just felt off and made me want to leave. The girls working were super passive and seemed uninterested in helping us at all. I also noticed them side eyeing each other whenever certain people walked in and it gave very mean girl energy which was honestly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I work in luxury retail so I know every store has different expectations, but customer experience still matters everywhere. I feel like Shop Israella could stand out so much more if the focus was more on making customers feel welcomed and comfortable because that's what actually makes people want to come back. read more

Honestly love this store and the clothes they carry. But their team members could be better. They're having their huge sale, me and my friends shop here all the time. I grabbed a bunch of stuff to try on again to take advantage of the sale... half the stuff I picked out and put in a bin didnt even make it to the dressing room... after my first round coming out they didn't even acknowledge there was more stuff I wanted to try. I tried telling the girls what items I didn't want and what items I knew I was buying for sure... acted like she didn't care and again I had to ask for my other items which wasn't even everything I grabbed.. annoying. I purchased two of their FALL/WINTER MYSTERY BAGS (20 ITEMS) from the recent sale. The two bags came out to $80 plus tax for the twenty items which I felt like was a good deal! I picked up my order in store and later that day I looked through the items and unfortunately was not happy with my purchase. While I do think the clothes at Shop Israella are cute, the items were not as described. My main reason for purchasing is because it is advertised as Fall/Winter items. However, I only received three items I would consider fall or winter items. The other 17 items consisted of crop tops, sleeveless shirts, skirts, and short sleeve items. My other issue was that it says 20 items but technically I received 16 items and two sets (4 pieces). I personally count a set as one item but that is not my main concern. Once I saw my items, I did call the store and explained my issue. The woman who answered the phone listened and was understanding and told me she would let her manager know and have someone call me back within a few hours, no one called. I called again the next day and assuming the same woman answered, she apologized for no one returning my call and placed me on a brief hold to call her manager. She then gave me the manager's number to call her directly. I spoke with the manager and explained my issue with the order not including fall and winter items. I was told that it was a sale so it included items that they are trying to remove from the showroom and so those items are not in current season (fall/winter) which is why I got summer clothing. This is all a case of false advertising. The site says fall/winter so that is what I was expecting. The site says nothing about receiving last season items. In my opinion, they should name the mystery bag as 'end of season bag' sale or detail exactly what they mean in the description as it only says tops, dresses, bottoms, shoes, and accessories. There was no indication that I would be receiving clothing for warmer weather. The manager said as a courtesy they can exchange tops only. They would not take back the short/tank lounge sets since they are considered pajamas (though, I still wouldn't consider these to be fall/winter sets). I was hoping they would allow me to exchange the skirts and sleeveless/short sleeve dresses too but I will just save them for next season I guess. I went to the store and they had some items already pulled for me and the ladies working were helpful and understanding. I appreciate how Shop Israella rectified most of the situation. I do think they sell cute items and have no issue with how they look, just was frustrated with the type of items received. I would come shop with them in the future however. read more

I was super excited to come to this place till I seen the size range. It's so unfortunate that places like this are okay with selling sizes that are smaller than they say. Size range is (xs,s,m,l) there "plus size" was just large nothing fit what so ever in too of it was just a small little room in the back with one rack of nonsense for the "plus size". Everything is for tiny girls. Some of the clothing was super cute but not the cheap manufacturing it honestly just felt like clothes off SHEIN. Nobody really helps you around the shop it's kinda a figure it out on your own most of the things were balled up in a black milk carton bins on the floor. No sense of organization and the warehouse is crazy you can tell where you can and can't walk around in the establishment but it's to cluttered with just everything nothing is really organized. The shoes where probably the only thing that I'd really come back to this place for if I was in need of shoes the same day but even then most of these items are things you can just get off SHEIN for a better price and better sizing that will actually fit. Please to the owner or the person running this place get bigger sizes the extra small is like a extra extra small the small is extra small medium is small large is medium just to give everyone a reference of what it will actually fit. read more

i will actually never shop here again. i bought a skirt, loved it, washed it and stored it for the intended event (that honestly wasn't any time soon but i loved it so that's fine). when putting it on for the said event the skirt part had shrunk and the short that was under stayed the same size, making the overall fit complete different and not wearable AT ALL. i have shopped here mannyyy times and have had issues with the clothes but it was fixable or not noticeable enough so w/e. with that being said, i am well aware of the return policy. i knew it had be about a month since i purchased it but 1. it was never worn 2. there are no instructions in their clothing on how to properly wash the item 3. i have been a loyal customer for my outings for a while now. seeing as they're a small business i would've thought they would be more understanding. but after speaking to an associate, who got a manager, who got her manager and owner to deny any kind of exchange/return. had the skirt been $15 like okay w/e i'll take the L. but $30+ for a skirt i never got to wear is frustrating. i will be using my store credit from a previous return and never coming back again. tyyy !! read more
