In between my visits to your store I have to tell you that I love your online store. You always ship my orders so fast and are so quick to refund my account if I need to ship anything back. Really cute clothes and a great variety. All at a reasonable price. I ordered a dress online and it was way too long, so I went to return it at the store as directed in the receipt that was mailed with the dress. There was no direct return service at the store... instead they take your clothes with no proof that you drop them off and they will refund them at some point. When I emailed customer service about it, they were very unimpressive and non apologetic about it. The art of customer service is lost at called to surf. read more

They have a very limited return policy. Two weeks with tags and receipt for exchange or store credit only. I brought something back a day after the allotted time (with tags and receipt) and was not even permitted to exchange the item for a different size. I've never experienced such a poor customer service policy. Will not shop here again. read more

I found this place online and fell in love with their clothes. I have been there a few times and they have super cute clothing and fun styles however they can be a bit pricey. The reason for the 1 star (and it would be -10 if I could) is that I also have never seen such horrible service from retail employees before. You are never greeted when you come in, when I needed help with a size I had to walk around for about 10 min before I could ever find an employee, they are not friendly and when you do finally get their attention for help they made me feel like I was a nuisance. Once when I came in and there were about 5 girls chitchatting together at the register and there were several people waiting for their help but they never budged. Also, I have found their online support to be extremely unhelpful. I once had my husband return something there for me and without me saying anything about their bad service he brought it up later, so it wasn't just A few bad days that I experienced. Too bad I love their clothes, but the owner should get rid of what they have and have the new ones go through basic retail courtesy training. If I owned the place I would be extremely embarrassed of the face their employees are giving them. read more

This store has cute clothes, I'll admit. But, they have horrible customer service. They manage to make every customer feel uncomfortable when you come in. I have gone in her numerous times and have never been welcomed when I walked in. The girls that work here usually are perched in their little checkout square and don't talk to anyone but each other. I work in retail and have had extensive training in customer service and I wonder if the employees here are even trained at all! I dread coming into the store. This store does a good job at making customers feel like they aren't welcomed and makes me feel like I am back in high school. The changing rooms create a division between customer and employee by having signs that say "WE WILL PROSECUTE". And, I have never been helped by one of the employees while in the changing room. They usually just grab unlock the door and then you never hear from them again. I really wish they would work on their customer service. There have been many times where I have come in and wanted to buy a few things but then felt too uncomfortable to deal with the girls. Last time I was there, the short haired girl that is usually on the instagram kept whispering about me or someone else in the store, and the whispers were so loud that you could hear the whispering sound! It was so rude! I felt alienated and just left. I don't know who owns this establishment, but I would love to talk to them. I have asked around about people's experiences with called to surf, and i know many people that feel the same as I do. This store had good customer service when it started, but it has gone downhill. read more
