They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. When I called to discuss the charges with the office manager Bernadette, she was so rude. She told me that " We dragged it out" when cleaning our Mom's house. How are you going to say to someone who just lost a parent. She showed no compassion. And her boss, the owner is even worse. They shouldn't be in business! The apartments are old and there were lots of spots on the carpets, dings, and the carpet was old and falling apart, all things that were not fixed prior to my tenancy, and I got charged for those after I moved out. There were even dead larvae/alive bugs in the multiple layers of kitchen flooring they had under the stove, I was not the only apartment battling this. Enjoy throwing away food. I would not recommend this place again. If you do move in, take pictures of everything, they do not pay attention to lease agreement.

The service technician, Harvey, is just awesome. Really good at what he does, and is one of those guys you just want to chat with because he's nice. The only reason we are moving out is because we finally found a house to buy. After 2.5 years of living at Watermark, I can easily say I'd highly recommend. It's clean, it's safe, it's quiet (outside of the things you deal with at any apartment complex that ever existed), and the people are good.
