Honest and upfront about how much he would charge for coming out on labor day after 3pm...so we were not surprised by any hidden charges. My ac went out and he fit me in same day and was able to give me priority. He had great communication letting me know he was close and keeping me in the loop of what he was going to fix. Jose arrived at 8:30. Jose asked me to explain the problem and he was up in the attic working in a matter of minutes. Jose finished the job in about 90 minutes.
