I was first introduced to the healing circle about 6 month ago, and it's been a lesson in my…read moreemotional education since. I was attending a gathering called Celebration Circle when one of my best friends told me about the healing circle taking place after .She informed me that it was a group, a group in which she felt she could come to understand herself better. She revealed to me that she had gained insight on her own anxieties. I was taken aback because I didn't expect her to be so transparent and calm about her actions or how she was working to empower herself . What made me lean into her with curiosity was how she was speaking. She was speaking as if she understood the WHY and the HOW and I just didn't expect her to have come to that after just one meeting. She also claimed that Natalie was BAD*** . I was excited but hesitant about going in. I had just begun going to therapy and seeking help outside of myself earlier that year and wasn't sure what might come up for me. We began with our group together in a circle, we did a meditation and stated our intentions for the group. Natalie explained to us why we gathered in circle and asked if anyone wanted to share. Finally, when someone felt comfortable they offered to share their issue. That's when things got really interesting. We listened to the person sharing and held space. It was so easy to hear myself in the sharer and how our pains echoed different but the same. Simultaneously Natalie was having a back and forth conversation with the sharer and little by little things started to unravel. Judgment, depression, anxiety, and shame all came up for the sharer and for me. By the end of the sharers external revelation I was also internally having my own. When I go to spiritual coaching now via Zoom , sometimes I am the sharer and often I am a listener/feedback giver. Feedback is not advice. We don't do that. Having Natalie and the group be interested in my emotions ,holding space for me, and gaining more emotional intelligence along the way is a blessing. The Healing circle feels like an authentic space to be myself and to come as I am. Human or damaged or strong or beautiful and all at the same time

What you gain in the healing circle you can get in a face to face setting as well if you are not comfortable with groups. Either way you will gain tremendous life skills that will propel you upwards in life. Natalie's Healing circle has become a source of positive gain in my life. Through her skillful guidance she is able to unravel our "stories" and pinpoint the source of pain/confusion we are dealing with. Bringing the situation into awareness by using our feelings to hone in on the energy we are giving away. "Spirit Stalking" (as she puts it) - getting us to step out of the mire and view conflicts threw a new perspective. Each time I show up- to witness or participate- I gain new knowledge and new tools to combat the made up stories my mind creates. I can see (even through others sharing) the patterns I repeat and what I gain from the suffering (we get "something" from the choices we make or else we wouldn't make them). I can untangle each thread in the destructive pattern, following the trail back and locating the origin. Finding the source gives me the opportunity to resolve it. Even if you join to hold space and watch the method - it is a source of knowledge that can help you sort out and flourish in your life. Natalie expertly and compassionately guides us throughout, calling out the BS and highlighting where we tend to fool ourselves. I can't think of a single person who could not benefit from these sessions. Come, watch, lean in and share, have her take you through an issue and you can see the magic unfold before your eyes.

It is a real pleasure to write this review for Dylan. He is really onto something big with this…read moremethod and approach to coaching. First off, he is not evangelical by any means. He is not out to fix you, he is not out to show you something UH-MAY-ZING that only HE just discovered, any kind of bullsh** like that. He's just a guy who's been through stuff like all of us, but he offers a strong optimism and focus that I have not witnessed with other coaches or programs. Covid left my life in tatters and the bright side was probably that there was no way to go but up. However, up could mean many different things, and I wanted to get things right due to lost time and my general OCD tendencies. A close college friend introduced me to Dylan and away we went. I didn't feel lost, but I just didn't have good direction. Who was I after the pandemic? Who had I always been? A romantic breakup didn't help things - I needed a great coach, and that great coach became Dylan. Working with Dylan was empowering: I felt like I was showing up for myself. He never made me feel like he was doing me a favor; he never acted like an armed forces superior; he never got annoyed, angry or pushy - he just listened, reflected, and was patient in everything we did. He's plenty humorous too - we had great laughs about everything under the sun. He voices a lot of the negative phrases we tell ourselves in the deep crevices in our minds - because he's been there, not because he's Buddha - there's a difference. His modules are also fantastic - they are agnostic as to anything subjective such as religion or politics - they are simple, English-language modules that are focused on the self, the brain, and your mission in life. However, don't let this simplicity fool you: they reach deep inside you and extract what you've been wanting to extract: your values, your mission, and your purpose. They are not, nor do they promise to be one-stop fixes - I have been through the modules a few times - I always uncover something new. Dylan doesn't consider this module repetition as any kind of failure or shortcoming: in fact, he encourages it. We are always changing - why not use the same methods to uncover new information? I did, and it worked (and still works) every time. On a banal, but still necessary level, I know myself more after working with Dylan. I have more material for cover letters and interviews. I am more confident in what I say at networking functions. But you and I both know that it doesn't stop there, right? Right. I know what my place is in the world, and maybe, what I am meant to do. That's a gift that keeps on giving. I've been able to pay it forward (no no no, not by forwarding Dylan's materials!) by reflecting other people's values back to them and asking them good questions. We all help each other - and it works. Dylan's extended program of accountability and tracking is a godsend - I have made so much more progress as a result. I am not just a clearer and more focused individual after my work with Dylan; I am a better person overall.
