On 4/14 I brought in an Escalade after replacing the rear brakes because it started throwing multiple warning lights, even though the ABS sensor and brakes were already replaced. I understand newer vehicle technology can sometimes cause glitches even with simple repairs, so I trusted they'd be able to diagnose and fix it. They charged a $130 diagnostic fee, which I was completely fine with. The next day, they said they needed to reset the computer for $390. Since I had already paid for the diagnostic and was told it would go toward the repair, I agreed. The following day, I was told they couldn't reset it and that I'd need a new module for $3,468.54. I declined and decided to get a second opinion from our regular mechanic. I still paid the $390 plus a $13.65 service charge, which I later found out was a credit card fee. The next day, I took the vehicle to our regular mechanic. Within 2 hours, they cleared the stored codes and the vehicle was ready, total cost: $120. No waiting days, no module replacement, and no unnecessary upsell. I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure the issue didn't come back, and also spoke with Barry to see if anything could be done about the $403.65 I paid. I felt it was unfair to be charged for a service that ultimately wasn't completed. I would've been completely fine just paying the $130 diagnostic fee. Unfortunately, he declined, stating the charge was for their time. I understand time was spent, but from a business standpoint, I wouldn't feel right charging a client for a repair that wasn't successfully completed, especially when the vehicle left in the same condition it arrived. Because of this experience, I wouldn't return or recommend this shop to others. I think it's important for people to know that you may end up paying for work that doesn't actually resolve the issue.

I originally needed just an oil change, but every place around me was quoting anywhere from $100-$120. I messaged Tomas on Yelp, and he got back to me immediately -- even in the middle of the night -- letting me know they could do it for $79.98. We set up an appointment right away, and I went in the very next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mike, who was super kind, welcoming, and informative. He got me checked in and started with no hassle at all. Their waiting room is very comfortable (nice couch, clean, and welcoming), and the whole process was quick -- about 45 minutes or less. While they were working on my car, Frank came in personally to check on me, offered me a cold drink, and made sure I was comfortable. That really stood out to me -- you don't see that level of care often anymore. At the end, Frank took the time to explain everything about my car in a way that was easy to understand. He even turned his computer screen toward me so I could see exactly what he was talking about. He let me know there were a few things I should eventually take care of, but there was zero pressure to buy anything or do additional work that day. No sales pitch, no prices being pushed -- just honest information. We even shared some laughs. I had mentioned on Yelp that money is tight right now, and he explained that the original price was closer to $90, but they discounted it to $79.98 for me. When it came time to pay, it actually rang up as $79.93. I gave him $80 cash, and he tried to give me change back because I didn't have smaller bills. I told him it was fine since he already gave me a discount, and we joked back and forth about it. The whole environment was light, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone there was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I also really appreciate that when they receive negative reviews, they actually reach out to customers to make things right -- that says a lot about their integrity. On top of that, Frank has been working on cars since he was 11 years old and spent 12 years in a higher-up position at Toyota, so you're truly dealing with someone who knows what they're doing. If you're looking for honest work, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, this is the place to go. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.
