It's hard to find an honest affordable mechanic but luckily I found one in Hugo. My sister who works at O'Rileys recommended him for my AC problem I had with my daughter's car I just bought. As the Manager at O'Rileys I trust her recommendation so I went, he did not disappoint, he had great customer service. I had asked other mechanics for the price to check & fix the AC of an older Honda civic & it was high. Hugo was very affordable, he gave me 2 quotes, one to fix the whole system & a lower quote to fix it real good & get the car bye a few years, which it being a older car & knowing it's my daughter's first car & she'll only have it a few years I went with that option & Hugo agreed it was the right choice he never try to hustle me, he was honest & I love that. He did a great job & explained what he did, the AC is so cold it's colder then a Polar Bear's Toe Nails, now that's cold & is great for the summer. My daughter is happy with her new AC & so am I. Quality Work & Trustworthy Hugo replaced both my car's low beam headlamps. He charged a very reasonable amount for his labor. I appreciate that he first called the local supply store to quote me the price on parts and gave me time to shop for the bulbs myself to save money. Hugo quoted an accurate price for the parts without a surcharge like other repair places. Same goes for the synthetic oil and filters he uses for oil changes. Affordable, Quality Repairs Recently Hugo replaced the timing belt & water pump on our older Acura. He noticed the power steering/timing belts were going to be due soon for replacement so we had those changed as well. His work is quality and there are no surprises with added costs or other recommended but unnecessary repairs. Hugo gets very busy, shop opens at 8am i recommend coming as early as possible since it is only him working. Hugo is great but his wife is a piece of work. very rude and insecure. she will not allow you to ask any brief questions while he is in the shop. i came in simply for a diagnostic which is priced at $110 very affordable. would have proceeded to get my service with them if it wasn't for his wife. we discussed the diagnostic and i went back to my car but forgot to ask if i were to get the service done with them, if i would still have to pay for the diagnostic as it is sometimes waived. i came back to ask and his wife did not like that i approached him to ask this question. she told me to go into the office where she then lectured me about how ringing a bell worked and how i was acting butt hurt? so rude. Hugo did nothing wrong and i feel sorry for him having to deal with her...he even came out and apologized for how she was acting lol she could use some chapstick too read more

Had to bring my 2004 Ford Expedition in to replace my engine manifold. My previous mechanic told me an astronomical price to replace it and/ or to ditch the truck. My friend told me about Hugo's Auto Service and he quoted me half the price from my previous mechanic and he also found a problem with my thermostat, still a fraction of what my previously mechanic was quoting me. Since then he's repaired the truck a number of times and now bringing my wife's car now to be serviced. I live about 30 miles away and is totally worth the service. read more

Not usually a Yelper.... but with everything getting more and more expensive everyone feels it a little in their wallet. These times make your car breaking down and paying for repairs a big worry especially with all the greedy mechanics out there looking to throw a part at your car. After several situations like this I took my car to Hugo to get my car back on the road. He is that mechanic that will look at your problem and give you 2 options. Hugo is the man. Straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable. He rebuilt the transmission for my truck within 4 days about a year ago, and it's been smooth as butter ever since.
