What actually happened was that I felt repeatedly dismissed and given conflicting information by different members of her team. Only after I specifically requested several times to be seen by the acne specialist--who is also the owner--did she finally step in. As stated, working with her was my goal from the beginning since that was who I was referred to, yet I was continuously scheduled with others. I've reviewed my texts and there is no message from you stating that, due to my supposed "treatment" of your staff, I was only to communicate with you directly. That claim is false. Throughout this process, I maintained a respectful and professional attitude. I will not be bullied into accepting a narrative that paints me as "difficult" or "disrespectful" when the truth is I was misled into spending money on products that weren't right for me. Yes, I declined further phone calls--but only because after multiple calls filled with misinformation and mix-ups, I preferred to have written records of all communication. If necessary, I am more than willing to share screenshots that prove exactly how inaccurate your version of events is. Because despite what you're saying I handled things with the upmost respect and was nothing but kind to you and your staff the only disrespectful thing I did was not answer your phone call. I also told your staff multiple times that I was open to swapping or adding any products needed--just let me know what was best. Instead, I was given inconsistent input depending on who I saw/spoke to that day. At the end of the day, I'm thankful I chose not to continue being shuffled around and misinformed. Moving on to a new salon that genuinely cares about their clients has made a huge difference in my journey.

Then met with Dr. Miller and he was lovely and very thorough in answering all of my questions however, halfway through our discussion, there was a knock on the door and the assistant taking notes for the appointment left the room. I had a conversation with Dr. Miller and the assistant came back and stood in between us, clearly wanting us to end the appointment. We finished our conversation and he left the room where I was then told by the assistant he never gives patients that much attention, it should've been $150 appointment, and the office was now 20 minutes behind schedule with all of their appointments because of me. I was in so much shock that someone was that rude to me for my first dermatology appointment ever and don't feel comfortable going back to this office. Dr. Miller is wonderful but the rest of the staff made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome.
