Do the hydrafacial! Polly left my skin looking like glass; smaller looking pores, highly hydrated skin. I'm two days out and my products absorb better and make up looks amazing. Also got my brow maintenance, which can be scary. If you get an aggressive aesthetician, you can walk out with a 90's brow and have to wait months for them to grow back. Renette left me with perfect brows. She noted the direction my brows grow and how to trim them back on one brow a bit more than the other so their arcs have more symmetry. Last, I brought my daughter in for a teen facial. If you want the most critical judge on the planet, take in your teenager. While my wife was getting some work done on her brows, I found Pelage has a number of services catering to men as well. I decided on the spot to try a men's facial, and even on the short notice, JoAnne was able to arrange for the technician Olya to meet with me. Olya did a great job, and even a bit of waxing I had done wasn't too painful. Overall the procedure was very pleasant and included a shoulder massage while the treatment sat on my face for a bit. After having a bad experience at another office, I came to JoAnne to fix my bad lip injections and my mom's bad botox. She couldn't get rid of the duck lip effect completely, we will just have to wait for that to dissolve but she was able to make them more proportionate and evened out. I look forward to my next appointment once my old juvederm dissolves. My mom's eyebrows were raised by the botox injections she had at the same place I went to. JoAnne knew exactly what to do to fix it and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Her knowledge is obvious when she speaks. She knows what she's doing. I had an appointment a few weeks ago for an eyebrow maintenance. A new employee, Jennifer, was the one doing my eyebrows. I have had great success with all other employees in the past but not Jennifer. Jennifer told me that she has vision problems in the process of applying wax to my eyebrows!! That was scary to hear. Honestly, it felt as though she had never waxed a man's eyebrows and did not have the proper training to do it. I have waited a few weeks to leave this review because I needed my emotions to calm down before I said too many angry things. My eyebrows were completely 100% butchered by Jennifer and I was in such shock when I looked in the mirror I didn't know what to do and so I paid and left. The main problem was that she made the eyebrows uneven, removed way to much from the center, and did not control any stray hairs or trim long hairs. I returned about 15 minutes later and was not offered a refund but a good aesthetician, Olya, was able to slightly make it look better but I am still living for the next few months with messed up eyebrows. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to the spa. I should've immediately been offered a full refund upon returning but instead I not only paid my full price but I felt the need to provide the second excellent aesthetician, Olya, a $20 cash tip because she took her own time out to attempt to correct Jennifer's mistakes. read more

Most of people work at a nice spa usually know it's common sense to always close the door QUIETLY, especially when someone is in session! Not here! There were many door slammed when I was there on 11/22nd between 11:00 ~ 12:30, and a few of them were very loud! People/employees were chatting away in the waiting area which was right in the middle of the spa. I saw one Asian employee pushing a lamp into a room with many loud banging sound when I was leaving. Clearly she's mad about something. I don't care what her problem was, but she certainly helped me make up my mind to stay away from this spa for a long time! read more

I highly recommend seeing Sepi for your facials. I've been to countless different spas, but Sepi is the only person that I know I am in good hands with. She is literally the only reason I drive all the way up to Issaquah. As far as the salon goes, it is nice and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. I never treat myself to the Spa but my fiancé has given me a gift card to Pelage a couple times and both times I had a positive experience. It's very easy to make an appointment, they are very welcoming and professional. They do small things to try to upsell like casually asking me if I want my eyebrows trimmed and then charging me $15 extra at the end (I could have done that myself), but now I know you have to be upfront. I went for a service and was put into a room for one hour with a salesperson that tried to sell me tons of skin products none of which I was interested in. The procedure that I went in for was not delivered. I had a 3 minute service which was a joke. They then up charged my credit card by an extra $150.00 more that what I was quoted. The lady that helped me that day provided nothing short of a miracle. Stopped my insane lower back spasm. After an extensive nose procedure I was left with unsightly discolored skin under my eyes I had a telemedicine appointment with another clinic and was told I needed $700 worth of laser treatments.
