I've gone here so many times. Never had much of an issue. TODAY, however, I put a$20 bill in the coin machine, received change. Looked short, but I figure I can count it after I put the 8$ in the large format washer. It had changed me 12.50$, which is 7.50 short$. No big deal, I find someone who works there WHO THEN ARGUES with me that, and I quote, "the light is red on the machine, it won't let you put money into it when it's red". YES mam, I understand that, I WAS THE LAST PERSON TO PUT MONEY INTO IT She has me write a report. And I'm just out 7.50$. Going somewhere else for the rest of my life. Came here cause it says they have contactless payment, and also that the machines take credit card. There are no signs anywhere that support this, none of the machines have a card reader its coin only. After standing at the desk area waiting to be helped for 30 minutes i never saw anybody that looked to be staff or anything. I dislike places with false advertisement online just to get customers but even more i dislike places with 0 customer service. Unless you got coins and dont need help from anybody i'd stay away, place seems to be legit otherwise. read more

Good washers, good dryers... plenty of each. Five super sized washers for comforters and big pillows. $8 bucks a washer for them but you can't wash them at home unless you're stupid and want to break your home washer! Single and double and quad size washers are cheaper. Place is very well kept up. The only real gripe is it's coin operated... they gotta get the new in-house card operated washer system or the other kind run from a phone app. $40 dollars of quarters in my pocket is a hassle. read more

Second time here. The ladies that work here are very nice! Always cleaning making the place look nice during the winter. Informed us there were books the kids could read and also take one home if we wanted too the first time and now the second time was offered a little treat for the kids. Cost seems reasonable as well. Very pleasant place to be while doing laundry. read more

Washing machines accept credit card as well as coin payment. Store was clean and machines were well maintained.

Clean laundromat, clean bathroom & the staff here is always great. The other night I was running late got there at 9:15 they closed at 11pm. The attendant was gracious and let me start my laundry. I mention this because I had 10 large loads that being said she did not make me feel rushed or gave off any negative attitudes. I'm thankful that I have the luxury of doing my laundry at home but it's great to know that times like this when i've been lazy and let pile up for whatever reason there's a welcoming place like this to go and do my family's laundry. First time here. Friendly staff. Clean. Lots of machines. Tvs, WiFi. Plenty of seating. A little pricey- $5 to wash a load. Dryer not bad- .25 per 5 minutes. The new guy that works overnights, blast music very loud, he flirts alot and he has no respect for the elderly customers. I feel very uncomfortable when he flys over by me, and starts wiping down the machines and stares at me entire time. I cringe!! He will repeatedly continue to do this every single time i come there. He always seem to fake clean around me (too close to me) when im folding my clothes. Sadly, he is playing music with disgusting words and curse words. I could not hear anything when I was on my phone because of the loud obnoxious music! He has no care for those who come in to do laundry. Some of us have headaches and or having a bad day and the last thing you want to deal with is LOUD IGNORANT MUSIC!! I do not want to hear that loud crap! He needs a reality check!! Overall Caln Laundromat is great! I will continue to come here twice a week like I always been, however if this guy continues his crap, I will take my business elsewhere. read more
