Came here last Saturday for the annual CCCV Men's Conference. There are always so many powerful teachings and great worship music when coming here. Pastor David Rosales is truly a man of God, and the Lord uses him as a mouthpiece to share and lead people to Jesus. It's not too far from my regular fellowship, and I am super blessed to be able to join events here. The church is always really clean inside and out. The most important thing is that God's word is taught here. Nothing is skipped, so the full counsel of God is preached and is Spirit lead. Thankful being welcomed here by loving people. Very disappointed. New resident to Chino and was looking forward to coming here. However I'm completely appalled with there disregard to public safety! Wearing mask is not mandated here, it's a public place and no one was wearing them, this is so irresponsible. Not even the ushers are wearing them. Sad...Needless to say we didn't stay, left immediately after observing our surroundings. I see how having church is needed for the soul, but not applying safety precautions is just plain irresponsible, this just translates to you not caring enough about the safety of your people. read more

I been going to this church for awhile now. I loved it... It was my perfect church until Wednesday service 9/19/18... He brought up politics! I can honestly say my heart sank! We are there to hear the word of God, not to hear what your opinion is on politics. It was to the point that I wanted to get up and walk out. I am so disappointed. Grew up attending this church since I was about 5 years old. I served as a younger girl and I was involved in this church for a long time. But something so wrongful has been occurring in my life, so I decided to email Pastor David on December 2019 about some issues I was having with someone that so happens to be an usher on Sunday's. I explained everything I could and I meant every word on what I was going through and continue to go through. I NEVER got a email back or a call or anything. He just simply ignored my email. It really bothers me up to this day (1 year and a half later) because I thought differently of Pastor David. He's always explained on how much he LOVED his wife, kids & family so much! So me reaching out I thought maybe I'd get an answer on how to maybe fix the situation or maybe even how he could help especially since this person ushers, holds bible studies at his house etc. What hurts the most is that I've gone through a lot with these people and this pastor never cared to respond I could of been being emotionally or physically abused or hurt at that time and he simply didn't care to see or even take a second to email me back. BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU WANT HELP OR WANT A PASTOR THAT CARES about you and your personal well being this isn't the church or ministry for you. I really hope Pastor David realizes that there is always two sides to a story and hopefully next time when someone reaches out ESPECIALLY about someone that attends and serves his church he take it more seriously! read more

If you really want the Truth of God, and not some "make me feel good about myself, in the sins I continue on in" Then this is the place for you to come to and be Blessed by one of the Lords, chosen preacher's/teacher's, Pastor David Rosales. There are not words, to truly explain what he is doing for the Lord's work to be done. He is a godly man, who is honorable, and a man walking in the Lord's Way and Light. I do not get to attend as much as I used to-weekly, sometimes twice a week when my work schedule allowed it, I was a night supervisor/ manager at a 3 party distribution center, and got seriously injured- God's Love and Mercy have been carrying me through- but the preaching I had heard from Pastor David Rosales, has helped me in many ways. I preach on-line, and have some videos, and will be opening a place to worship the Lord, when I receive my settlement payment. I've been going to this church for I think about six years now. I would never go to another church unless the Lord called me to. This is my home and Pastor David teaches the Word of God in full. The church is not child friendly if they are not in the class or the nursing room. We have always sat outside and now that we have 2 kids, one goes in the class and the other is too young and we keep her with us. Apparently we are disrupting everyone when my daughter fusses (not even full on crying). My family is very disappointed and will not return even though it's been our church for many many years. My husband and I have been going to CCCV for over 25 years, and enjoy Pastor David's teaching immensely. He teaches God's Word and being intelligent about current events. It was people of faith who helped bring an end to slavery in England and America. I believe MLK was a reverend, he preached equality of all people in the sight of God. Pastor David teaches that we form our views on family, politics etc based on what God says, not on what the world says. He is not militant, nor does he shy away from discussing the issues that face us all as citizens of a Constitutional Republic. I started going to this church when it was Calvary Chapel Ontario, the one thing you should know is that it is very "rules" by the book oriented. I love the people and Pastor David but there is no tolerance for exceptions, and rules are more important than understanding the real circumstance or the person. I have chronic painful stomach issues so I sip on cranberry juice to help ease the pain a bit. If water had the same effect and benifit I would drink that but it doesn't. I was told I couldn't come into the building with my drink because only water is allowed. (It was a spill proof bottle) I explained that it was the only thing that helps with my gut pain but the usher said no and physically stepped in front of me to stop me. I understand that there are rules for a reason, I am hurt and angry but I can get over it emotionally, physically the problem will be there and there is no allowance for the mild temporary solution that helps me to focus on God's word. This is a big Church for a reason, it has grown because God has blessed it and the teachings are biblically sound and the people are loving, but be aware that there is a good chance you may find that your just one person that is barely significant if at all in a big church that is not more important than the stiff no room for compromise rules. read more

This is a great and loving place to learn about the Bible, to get to know others, and to grow spiritually. Pastor David Rosales teaches the Bible verse by verse so people can learn and be encouraged to read the Bible on their own. This is a large church but there are many ways to make it "smaller" by getting involved and getting to know people. My husband and I have been attending here for 8 years, and have grown so much because of it. Another reviewer mentioned how their children making noise during church service was seen as an issue. Children are loved here, but parents are encouraged to check them into our awesome Kids Ministry where children can be taught at a level they will understand. While Pastor David is teaching, it is also quiet so people can focus on what is being taught. The teaching of God's Word is deeply respected. Pastor David also does not focus on politics during church services. Once in a great while, he will address something in order to give the Christian view on an issue, but instead of focusing on that at a Sunday or Wednesday church service, he uses his Facebook page to address social issues that the church may want his trusted opinion on. Overall, this is a great place to learn, to be taught well, and to get to know other people. If you are on the fence about attending, I would definitely give it a try! read more

Amazing place where the spirit of the Lord dwells. I have attended this church for about four years. The people of God at this church are so loving and a true example of what the church of God looks like, always ready to give of what God has given to them, a word of encouragement, prayer, even a hug if that is what is needed. Pastor David, Wow.....I have never been in a service where he has preached and I have not wanted to be a better women of God. He preaches with such conviction about the truth and has such compassion and understanding for people who God has called.
