At my son's recent physical the new PA rushed us, brushed off basic questions, and admitted she didn't recognize the medications their own office had referred him for--a red flag for any parent, especially one with a special-needs child. The final straw came when we ran out of a non-controlled medication late on a Friday. The specialist they sent us to was closed, so I asked Rainbow Pediatrics for just a weekend refill. The nurse flatly refused, offered zero guidance beyond "take him to the ER," and showed no empathy. When I said we might switch practices, she immediately offered to forward records--problem solved as far as they were concerned. If your child needs coordinated or compassionate care, proceed with caution. Behind the pleasant reception desk, this practice treats patients like numbers, not people.

We have had an established urologist for years in town who retired sometime earlier this year. Now we have to travel a hour away every time we need to have a urine analysis, which would be okay except for the times that they are unable to see us and in that case we go to his pediatrician. The only problem with that is Dr. Nanda has refused to help my child. Even when we cannot be seen from his urologist. We are supposed to be able to get a referral to drop off his urine to quest diagnostics so his pediatrician can put in for antibiotics. Dr. Nanda will not do it. She is highly unprofessional and needs to find a job somewhere else. There isn't another urologist in town.

He had an upper-respiratory infection and an ear infection. He was immediately put on an antibiotic and a decongestant. He also was prescribed Duke's Mouthwash. The first time he was misdiagnosed by the same Dr. He missed 11 days of school being sick. He also had to go to the express care, that time. I was beyond disappointed with the level of service and my son not getting what he needed.

I took my 3 daughters here expecting to have an appt with a female doctor. The front staff were…read moregreat, the greeted and got us checked in to the room. When Dr. Mian Daud walked in and was a male, I was immediately surprised and stepped in the doorways and discreetly asked the woman who had checked us in where was the lady doctor. She apologized and explained that Dr. Daud was temporarily filling in. I explained I was uncomfortable with a male doctor, as this appointment was specifically for us to discuss my daughter becoming a teenager. At this point Dr. Daud never introduced himself, said hello to us, but began asking my daughter if she had cardiovascular issues or digestive issues. I interjected and began explain to the doctor that I was expecting Dr. Adesanya. Dr. Daud instantly got irate with me. He started yelling about me not wanting him to conduct the visit. He then proceeded to say since we had Medicaid that I did not have a choice because I was getting a free service. My children were present all during this obnoxious display of terrible behavior. He told me my tax dollars did not matter and that the fact that he , his 3 sons and wife were all doctors, it was their tax dollars who paid for my medical services. He continued to scream at us and tell us to get out. My daughter was terrified. He is a disgrace to the medical industry, Kidzcare Pediatrics, and humanity period!!!!
