Crawford and Washburn were extremely supportive, even with my being a new patient. The staff treated me professionally, and everyone had the "health care attitude" you want in a provider. Dr. Crawford administered my hearing test and really took the time to explain the process to me, as well as the results. I feel like she is new to being a doctor, but she did so well, I am sure she will have a brilliant career ahead of her.

When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.

In the best way possible, she comes off as a true caregiver rather than a more clinical physician. She and her office assistant, Jenkyns, were very helpful with the collection of my paperwork and exam results for my VA process. They both were quick and responsive with communication both before and after my appointment. I would readily go back to her for any ear-related issues.

I am so grateful I chose this establishment. Dr. Grace Paddock was the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful hearing doctor I have ever experienced. Signed in, and then proceeded to wait in the lobby for 47 minutes. Not a single person came to tell us what was going on. We're now 32 minutes past our appt. and sitting there like idiots waiting. But that's not the worst part. I sent an email to them to complain about this, and the owner comes back with excuses instead of an apology. When I pointed this out to her, she basically tells me that she doesn't want any further communication from me. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere more professional. I don't know who this owner "Debbie" is, but I don't think she knows the first thing about customer service. I will take my business somewhere else. After many years of using them I don't forgive rudeness and such unprofessionalism. They don't deserve your money either, go somewhere else where you'll be treated more courteously.

Had a 3 year warranty on the aids, including care for them. First year checkup, old owner did hearing check and no charge. Next year. New owner wants another $70(ish) for the hearing test. No thanks. They suck and can keep their service. They don't have the best interest of a customer in mind. Pretty sure it's industry standard to keep up with the patient and product for at least the warranty period. They failed.

Then, she set me up with a hearing aid that helps with tinnitus and hearing loss. She counselled me how to cope with tinnitus, which has helped! She also advised me how to reduce the hyperacusis! So when I went to see Bramhall, I explained the ringing in my ears, my severe dizziness that comes and goes and that many conversations seem muffled to me. I can hear them but not clearly enough to discern the actual words. He asked me why I had already had so many surgeries in my life and I explained that I carried my autistic child for many years bc I had to get things done and carrying him was what allowed me to take him out in public. Apparently that prompted him to give me his ENTIRE view of the Israel-Iran war. Um...... WHAT?!? I was SO confused. How was that relevant? So weird! He eventually picked a tiny flake of earwax out of my ear, said the vertigo should go away and gave me a solution to put in my ear when my earbuds make my ear canals itchy. That's it! Then charged me $210 for the 10 minute visit. I didn't write a review at the time bc I prefer to write only positive reviews. There's so much negativity in the world already. But it's a yr later and I am again looking for an ENT and his name came up. Not only no but helll no! Hopefully soon I'll be able to write a glowing review from an ENT who is professional, stable and provides results.
