I called them on October 25th, and the son, current owner, agreed to come over as soon as the rain stopped. Unfortunately, that was the first time we had rain in months after a very hot summer here in Fort Worth, TX, and it rained for a week. RAIN 10/25 - will show up the following week after the rain stops - no show - no contact FRIDAY 11/5 - with one day notice, he said he could come 11/4, we were unavailable due to doctor appointment, but texted back that Friday on 11/5 would be OK - no response to text - found out days later he had gone out of town - we had stayed home all that day waiting - no customer courtesy WEEK OF 11/13 - no response to texts sent to him 11/19 or 11/20 - with little notice, sent us a text that he would be here on one of these two days - responded OK - asked for a time - no response - stayed home two days - no show again 11/24 - texted him "Got a day for us yet?" - he texted back "Friday" on 11/29 - and we texted back "Got a time?" - and he texted back on 12/1 "yes, tomorrow" - so he changed from Friday now to Saturday on the Friday he was supposed to be at our house FRIDAY 12/1 - no show SATURDAY 12/2 - no show TO DATE - NO SERVICE - NO CUSTOMER COURTESY - NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS COMPANY....hired another arborist yesterday who looked at the photos we sent to him - he is coming to our house tomorrow - but it may be too late now to save/inject the (3) 20 year old ornamental crape myrtles that are over 20ft tall because they are going dormant now.

The goal was to trim it to allow light in for the grass as well as a garden, and to trim some branches over the roof. The tree looked beautiful, there were no branches or anything left that would indicate they were ever there (other than the freshly trimmed tree), and since then grass has filled out nicely.
