This review is long overdue, (been too distracted with all thats currently going on in the world)! I really don't know where to begin with how amazing Lee & his team have been! He came & gave us a quick and itemized quote as promised! Affordable and beautiful work, worked with our budget the best they could. Answered any & all questions I had about the work being done, walked me through step by step about the process. They did so well, we hired them again for more projects in our backyard! They absolutely transformed both our front yard AND our backyard. We used to have a completely eye sore of a yard, & We now officially have one of the nicest yards on our block because of Lee & the rest of the team! We get so many compliments & I've already had to pass around their information to the rest of the neighborhood! I contacted Lee's Lawn to get an estimate for my back yard. He was prompt and we reviewed several options. He gave an estimate, which is good for a year. He and his crew then installed gutters and downspouts on the metal roof over my patio. This fixed a drainage problem and was well done. I contacted Lee's Lawn again to get an estimate for a rock border. They leveled the ground, put down material to restrict grass and weed growth, and then extended and buried the downspouts. Mr. Lee assured me they use prime, standard, and long lasting materials. I am very pleased with his professional expertise and work ethics. I will use his services again. read more

The owner, Kiewan Lee, met us at a local nursery to choose the plants we were going to use. His expertise & knowledge were invaluable to us. I highly recommend Lee's Lawn and Garden. We broke a sprinkler line on Sat and I was frantic to find someone to get out and fix it. I called and unfortunately they were in Dallas and couldn't get out the same day. However, they walked my husband through how to turn the water off at the sprinkler box vs the main line to the house. We had to trade a few text/photos for clarification and they were so patient and willing to help us best the could. They came out today and fixed the pipe and even restacked the bricks around our garden. Excellent job, excellent customer service, and will definitely be using them again! His crew arrived on time, checked with me about how I wanted the work done, and left a really nice-looking lawn and shrubs. I hired Lee's to clean up the backyard, install a new irrigation system, and bring in some sod and decomposed granite. Lee offered ideas along the way and we ended up transforming the yard on a budget, but done beautifully. Everyone worked so hard and Lee was very easy to communicate with. He kept us updated along the way and stayed on schedule. He went above and beyond every step of the way and helped us make decisions. He also educated us very clearly on how to care for the new sod. We followed his suggestions and still have a beautiful yard even in this crazy Texas heat. He also checked back to see how things were going and is just the nicest, salt of the earth person. If you are looking for turnkey service that covers install all the way to maintenence, this is perfect. We were treated with respect and enjoyed the process. Spoke with Lee about a large fire pit area to be installed near our pool. What a great experience..throughout the planning, selection of materials, and installation Lee was so easy to work with and open to any ideas we specifically wanted implemented. The fire pit was built to last and looks beautiful and integrated well into the area he designed. His crew worked quickly and kept everything neat and when they were finished you couldn't even tell anyone had been working, EXCEPT for the beautiful results. My husband thought he could fix a leak in our irrigation line, but after attempting it he discovered it was more than what he was capable to take on. I called three different companies and Lee's was the only one to respond. They answered my call quickly and by luck they were in our general area and accessed the problem. They provided us with an estimate that same evening and were out the next day to do the work. Lee is very professional & easy to work with, he gave us tips on how to save money by planting our own plants around our tree after he prepped it. His crew is super efficient, he had a team of guys show up & planted new sod in the front & the back & completely ripped out & replace our old flower bed in front of the house & installed 2 flagstone pathways in a few hours. All our neighbors are asking who did the job as it looks like a model home now with the landscaping including a Beautiful Japanese maple! I decided to try this company based on the strong reviews. I was contacted and set up an appointment to have them come out and review the area. I offered to take a very early appointment since they stated they are usually wrapping up around 5 PM. After changing my work schedule to go in late, the day before the appointment I receive a random call. The caller says they were referred to me by Lee's Lawn & Garden and that they send him their "small" jobs when they get busy. First issue is the caller never even provided a name, for himself or his company. Second issue is I would expect Lee's Lawn & Garden to call me and let me know they could no longer make the appointment or take the job and offer to provide a referral. Lastly, when I asked the caller who he was, he hung up! After saying you could definitely help with the job, the least you could do is have the courtesy of canceling the appointment. I guess a $3-$5K job is not enough to travel out but don't hand off my information to some unprofessional random. Thanks for your professionalism! read more

Had a valve problem and was out of state. Lee kept we up to date with phone calls describing at first what he saw and what might be the problem. Once the problem was located, he sent photo's of the issue before and then after he fixed it. All along, letting me know how long he had been working, how much longer it would probably take and also a dollar estimate. Too bad I moved, because I would use them again in a heart beat! read more

I originally gave Lee's a five star rating based on his ability to reply and come out in the same week. I was very excited. He raised some heads and adjusted some things and said I had "full coverage" and the hot spots have been addressed. I paid him ($480.) Well after two weeks I see no real changes in my situation and Lee did come back out to review but all he could say was i need to run the water longer and more days that the city allows. I said that makes no sense. The whole purpose of a fine tuned sprinkler system is to run it less and use less water... not the opposite. $500 lesson learned. read more

I highly recommend Lee and his team. In the peak time of sprinkler use, the summer, not a lot of companies return calls, have extreme wait lists, or do not have time to come help you out. Lee was great, he is very busy but fit me in the schedule. He answered his phone, returned calls promptly, came out the next day and did a full check out of our system which we were not very familiar with but Lee educated me on a lot of things about our system. Him and his team also discovered some odd issues with our setup I would have never known and explained everything very clear. After the initial check up he sent me a very clear estimate, we worked out the details, he showed up on time as promised, thoroughly explained some of the items that I had questions about.
