I enjoy visiting this place since it has the styles and quality of clothes that I like for me and my family. I haven't been to many other Calvin Klein stores although I just realized that they should have one of these store in Rosemont, IL. It's always fun to look at and see the newer styles in this store. I can bring my family for the women's aide of the store. The sales people are really nice people and very helpful when you need them. It seems as if they are short staff since I only saw 3 or maybe 4 sales people working. Great stuff to look and will visit it the next time I visit the mall. I have been shopping at this Calvin Klein location, for many years now. It's the best location in my opinion. Brian the manager, is the priceless . He is always helpful, personable, and very knowledgeable about the brand, and all the while, doing this with such a positive and upbeat demeanor, which translates into the employees following his lead. One of my favorite fashion brands is Calvin Klein; some of my clothes are CK. It was my first time going into this branch store of Calvin Klein and I can say that the Outside of the store is not quite appealing as the other branches I have been to, but still, CK is CK. So, I went inside and I have noticed that there are only a few of us in the store, which seems not normal for a branded store. The arrangement of the clothes and other items is not one of the most organized I've seen but it's manageable. But one thing is for sure, the clothes are so high quality as always, which is pretty normal for Calvin Klein. I love shopping at CK of course the items are a bit pricey than others but it is so worth it. The only reason I can see why people are not visiting this place is that they don't know there's a branch in this area. read more

I will definitely be recommending this store to all of my friends! They have earned themselves a lifelong customer! Calvin Klein is one of my favorite brands of clothing. They usually had a good deal and also a well-known brand. I find the style here to be quite good. Most importantly, the outlet store has an excellent presentation. Pricey but worth the look inside to find something you will not find elsewhere. They have a great selection of different types of trends. The experience was awesome. My favorite place to shop personally. Their employees are extremely professional and helpful and the stores are usually relatively neat and organized. read more

Clothes are really personal preference, so giving reviews may not always matter. I'll stick to what I think matters to everyone. The outlet mall has been going through a lot of renovations and addition of new buildings. That makes most of the mall feel new. This Calvin Klein is in the older area of the mall and has been in the same location for a long time. It still has a bit of an older look and feel to it. The store is ok, but the main issue I have is either the quality of their clothes has gone down or they have cheaper clothes in the outlet mall than other locations. There isn't much I would buy from this store because it feels cheap. read more

Rude staff. Asked for help in selecting a size, but the person snapped at me for no good reason. Under-staffed and overwhelmed. Have bought stuff from here previously, and liked it in general. A bit overpriced for the quality. Will have to think twice before returning. Disappointed. read more

Calvin Klein is one of my favorite branded apparel It has high quality product. it's very comfy when you used it. And have excellent style. Great choices and value for money. Yes, it's too expensive but it's worth it. When I visited the store I got great customer service. Associate are friendly, courteous, very helpful. They helped me to choose my size on their cloths. So I bought two shirts for my everyday used. I loved what I bought because it's fit on me and very comfortable. Store is organized and clean. I couldn't happier with the service I get. The CK outlet is great for comfortable, casual clothes for the weekend, or a polished, professional work look. I purchased a cardigan here that I could wear with dress pants, jeans or even through over a tank and some yoga pants if I wanted to. I love the versatility of the clothes. I've also bought jeans here that fit amazing. They are too small now, but they're tucked in the pile of "someday" clothes in my dresser. I'm not a fan of the wall of CK logo shirts. I kind of got over wearing logos emblazoned across my chest in my early 20s. Even though most of the customers here appear to be late 20s and up, I'm too old for any logo on my boobs. read more

I like to come to this outlet store to buy their underwear. I love them and they are definitely the cheapest here vs. department stores. This last week I am kind of pissed though and I think I might try to purchase online now because I just don't want to go back. I was waiting at the checkout area and no clerk was around. I waited about a minute and decided to try and find someone. Directly behind me was a worker who was folding clothes (yes she could see me waiting in line). I asked if those registers were open and she answered me (with a lot of attitude) "I'll be with you in a minute!". Sheesh, ok... I will wait at the registers. A little while goes by and there are now three people standing behind me to check out. A new worker walks by and asks if we are being helped. I replied that we weren't. She then calls for someone in her earbud to come to the front. Guess who she calls up? You guessed it! The worker folding clothes right in front of the registers!! Well after another minute or so this lady FINALLY comes to the register. She takes my bundle of underwear and starts to ring me up. Honestly, I was about to walk out without my purchase. But I reeeeaaalllyyy wanted my new undies! This clerk gives no mention about being sorry for the wait, or her attitude... She just glared at me while ringing me up. Skip to later that night when I was looking at my receipt. This clerk over charged me by about $30. I didn't notice in the store because I wanted the h*ll outta there by the time I actually got some help from the attitude-filled clerk. I called the store and the guy on the other end told me they would fix it when I came back in. Well I live about an hour away and that wasn't an option for that day. He said to come back when I had a chance. No, "Gosh I'm sorry that happened" or anything. So now I have to head back out there sometime this week for them to fix their mistake. I am super annoyed and probably won't be back after I get this sorted out. read more

Was there this weekend. Very very busy place due to all the discounts. I was very happy with the service. I was greeted quickly and told about their discounts when I came in. When I needed a dressing room they accodomated me quickly and let me leave my coat and other shopping bags in the room while I picked out more clothes. I needed help with putting some colors together as I didn't have my wife with me to coordinate things and they paged someone and he was very helpful. Good experience for a busy busy store read more

I was becoming increasingly frustrated at the dregs found in other stores- even my beloved Ralph Lauren, JCrew, Banana Republic were failing me, the holder of the sacred wallet, by pushing these cheap-looking, tissue-thin, see-thru, unlined numbers on me. NO. Absolutely no. I work in a professional office setting where no one needs to see my Lada Gaga. I don't want to see anyone else's either. Layer approximately 45 pieces over each other and wear with leggings? Again No. I refuse to look fat or cheap when I attend bi-weekly pilates courses to keep this body I love in shape. Calvin never fails me. You want Basic Black? Here they have several shades from dove gray, charcoal, all the way to deep jet black. I appreciate the other colors besides- I get a lot of compliments in Poppy (red), Night (rich jewel purple), Aegean Blue and the occasional White. All classics. I am also quite petite. Barely 5'3" big prints, bows, ruffles, ribbons, ruching and notions of that like tend to overwhelm me and make me look overwhelmed. Calvin Klein has a rich history of excellent, sleek, construction, minimalism- allowing the wearer to personalize, accessorize and make your own. The sheath dresses in particular are truly extraordinarily well-made. I appreciate the full lining, smooth seams, matching zippers, quality threads that never unravel, inside clips to hold bra straps in place... and no matter what they say, I machine wash on gentle cycle, with shampoo and hang to dry.
